Heading 160km along the original convict trail Great Northern Rd north of Sydney, our first stop is at the historic village of Wollombi. Here, we travel back to the 1830s to explore this incredible convict-built village and sample the local Dr Jurds Jungle Juice.
From there, we continue to Wine Country, visiting several wineries in the Hunter Valley. You’ll learn about the wine industry and primary industries in the area. With 150 wineries to choose from, we’ll visit a few key spots to delight your taste buds.
