Flight Lima Cusco - City visit (option)

Cusco - Upon the bus’s morning arrival, our staff will greet you at the terminal and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free.
*Optionally, you can explore the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral adorned with gold leaf altarpieces and paintings from the Cusco school, and the Temple of the Sun (Q’oricancha). Additionally, you can visit the Inca archaeological sites of Tambomachay, Puca Pucara, Q’enqo, and the impressive Sacsayhuamán, known for its massive stone walls carved and fitted with remarkable precision. Some stones are over 9 feet tall and weigh more than 100 tons.

Walk in the Sacred Valley of the Incas

Urubamba - Today, we start our journey through the Sacred Valley of the Incas, along the Vilcanota River.
We will pick you up from your hotel and travel by bus to the Sacred Valley of the Incas, where we will visit the Inca citadel of Pisac and its charming traditional market, followed by the imposing fortress of Ollantaytambo.
Finally, we will head to the train station to board the tourist train to Aguas Calientes.

Visit of the Historical Sanctuary of Machupicchu

Machu Picchu - Today, we will explore one of the 7 Wonders of the World, the Historical Sanctuary of Machupicchu. In the morning, we will take the tourist bus to the citadel’s entrance and begin a guided tour of its main archaeological sites, including neighborhoods, squares, houses, agricultural areas, passages, observatories, and terraces, with explanations of their functions. After the guided tour, we will return to Aguas Calientes to catch the train to Poroy, where we will pick you up and take you to your hotel in Cusco.

Road to the Mountain of Seven Colors

Rainbow Mountain Vinicunca - Early in the morning, we will depart for the stunning Rainbow Mountain, also known as Vinicunca.
On the way, we will stop for a buffet breakfast before continuing to the access point, where we will begin our hike, reaching an altitude of over 5020 meters. At the summit, our guide will explain the geological formations, and we will have time to take photos of the breathtaking scenery. For the adventurous, we will descend via the Red Valley, known for its reddish geology, and then return to Cusco.

Mara salt mines and Moray Laboratory

Salinas de Maras - The tour starts with a pickup from your hotel, followed by a 50 km drive north of Cusco. We will first visit the Salineras de Maras, featuring 4,500 salt pools. Next, we will explore the Moray Agricultural Laboratory, which consists of a series of concentric circular terraces in four natural depressions.

Humantay Lagoon

Humantay Lake - In the morning, we will travel to the town of Mollepata for breakfast. We will then continue to Soraypampa, where we will begin our hike to the Humantay Lagoon. Along the way, we will enjoy the stunning landscapes until we reach Soraypampa and eventually the Humantay Lagoon (4250 m). Here, we will have ample time to appreciate the natural beauty and the snow-capped Salkantay and Humantay mountains. Our guide will demonstrate the use of coca leaves and conduct a small offering to the Apus (Sacred Mountains), in which we will participate. We will then return to Cusco.

Flight to Lima

Lima - At the designated time, our representative will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the airport for your return flight to Lima.
