The complimentary waiting time is 1 hour beyond the actual arrival time, giving you a total of 2 hours free waiting time after landing. This allows ample time to pass through airport border control, customs, visa checks, and luggage collection procedures without worry. Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address.

For H/A (Hotel to Airport) transfers, the meeting point is in your hotel lobby. The driver will be there with your Name Board at the appointed time. Typically, pick-up is scheduled 3.5 hours before an international flight and 2.5 hours before a domestic flight. During peak hours or at certain airports, an additional hour or more may be necessary to ensure timely arrival. Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and airport terminals.
