For A/H (Airport to Hotel) transfers, a professional driver will greet you at the arrival hall exit with a Name Board displaying your name. The complimentary waiting time is 1 hour beyond the actual arrival time. (This means you have a total of 2 hours of free waiting time after landing, so there’s no need to worry about passing through airport border control, customs, visa checks, and luggage collection procedures!) Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address.

For H/A (Hotel to Airport) transfers, the meeting point is in your hotel lobby. The driver will be there with your Name Board at the appointed time. Typically, pick-up is scheduled 3.5 hours before an international flight and 2.5 hours before a domestic flight. (During peak hours and at certain airports, an additional hour or more may be necessary to ensure timely arrival.) Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and airport terminals.

• Unless otherwise specified, the waiting time is 2 hours after the actual arrival time. After this period, the vehicle will be released.
• If your flight is delayed, we will monitor the flight information in advance and adjust your pick-up time accordingly. For connecting flights, please note that we can only verify the flight details printed on this voucher.
• If you are unable to find our local representative for any reason, it is your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher for assistance before making alternative arrangements.
• If your pick-up/drop-off details change, you must update your booking immediately.
• Unless otherwise specified, one piece of medium-sized luggage is allowed per person. Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for a taxi to transport your luggage.
