Highlights
  • Norris Geyser Basin - This stop is at the discretion of the guide and guest depending on time of day and guests hiking abilities.
  • Canyon Village Area - Lunch and shopping stop.
  • Brink of the Lower Falls Trail - Beautiful cascading falls into the canyon below.
  • Artist Point - The most beautiful stop on the tour hands down. Artist Point is an overlook point on the edge of a cliff on the south rim of the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. The point is located east-northeast of Yellowstone Falls on the Yellowstone River. Artist Point was originally named in 1883 by Frank Jay Haynes who improperly believed that the point was the place at which painter Thomas Moran sketched his 1872 depictions of the falls. Later work determined that the sketches were made from the north rim, but the name Artist Point stuck
  • Hayden Valley - Hayden Valley is a large, sub-alpine valley in Yellowstone National Park straddling the Yellowstone River between Yellowstone Falls and Yellowstone Lake. The valley floor along the river is an ancient lake bed from a time when Yellowstone Lake was much larger. The valley is well known as one of the best locations to view wildlife in Yellowstone.
  • Sulphur Caldron - The mud volcanoes, and sulphur cauldrons.
  • Yellowstone Lake - The oldest hotel in the national parks system. The grand architecture, and beautiful lakefront setting do not disappoint. A great restroom and shopping stop.
  • West Thumb Geyser Basin - the largest geyser basin on the shores of Yellowstone Lake. The heat source of the thermal features in this location is thought to be relatively close to the surface, only 10,000 feet (3,000 m) down. West Thumb is about the same size as another famous volcanic caldera, Crater Lake in Oregon, but much smaller than the great Yellowstone Caldera which last erupted about 640,000 years ago. West Thumb is a caldera within a caldera.
  • Kepler Cascades - a waterfall on the Firehole River in southwestern Yellowstone National Park in the United States. The cascades are located approximately 2.6 miles south of Old Faithful. The cascades drop approximately 150 feet over multiple drops. The longest drop is 50 feet.
  • Old Faithful Inn - Beautiful historic hotel.
  • Old Faithful - a cone geyser in Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming, United States. It was named in 1870 during the Washburn–Langford–Doane Expedition and was the first geyser in the park to be named. It is a highly predictable geothermal feature and has erupted every 44 minutes to two hours since 2000
  • Grand Prismatic Spring - the largest hot spring in the United States, and the third largest in the world, after Frying Pan Lake in New Zealand and Boiling Lake in Dominica. It is located in the Midway Geyser Basin.

Grand Prismatic Spring was noted by geologists working in the Hayden Geological Survey of 1871, and named by them for its striking coloration. Its colors match most of those seen in the rainbow dispersion of white light by an optical prism: red, orange, yellow, green, and blue.

Wonderful day in Yellowstone - This was the most fabulous tour!!! Our guide Ava was fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the sights she took us! And a plus was she was the sweetest!! Seeing things in person that you’ve only seen in a magazine or online was so much more awe inspiring!!! We went with my husband’s brother and sister in law! It made it all so much better!

Great Way to Explore Yellowstone - This tour far exceeded our expectations. Dan was our tour guide and was a very friendly dude always willing to provide information, help us with photos and accommodate requests. Visited a lot of beautiful sites within the park. He was also prepared for any situation that arose - it started to rain during our tour but Dan the Man had already packed panchos and umbrellas that we could use. Was also wonderful that he had drinks and snacks at the ready. It was wonderful to not have to worry about driving/directions/parking as the tour handled it all. Highly recommend.

Memorable - We had an amazing time at Yellowstone National Park on the Lower Loop with Dan. Such an unforgettable place with an unforgettable guide. Dan went above and beyond the entire day. He made sure we were all comfortable and asked throughout our trip if there was anything we needed. He was extremely knowledgeable about the park and pointed things out to us that we would have missed without him. Thank you, Dan! You made our vacation a very special. We hope you can take us in the upper loop the next time we are vacationing in Montana.

It was great to have someone that had such detailed knowledge of the park and the surrounding area. The personalized service was such a treat. We saw everything that was on our list. My grandson wanted a hoodie with a bison on it and our guide found the perfect spot to purchase it.

Outsourced tour - First, they outsourced our tour 2x. The tour was good and so was the tour guide. Would have probably been a 5 star review. Snacks and water and soda was to be provided. Only water and a very slim selection of snacks. It would simply of been nice to get what was promised and paid for.
