Very good experience - Very good tour, our guide Ahmed was very kind and interesting. They picked up from our appartment and brought us back at the end of the tour.I recommand this tour.

Definitely a great experience and a "must do" if you are visiting Malta. - The guide Stefan Caruano, driver of the pink Tuk Tuk was amazing. He took such good care of us. He took us to all the main spots in Gozo and was a great help. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and wonderful.
We went to Gozo as a family of 6, with 4 teenage children.
Definitely a great experience and a "must do" if you are visiting Malta. The Sannap cliffs, the sunset at the salt pans, the ride thru the countryside and all the rest.
What was not good? The transport arrangements.
My family spent 2.5 hours ( 1600 to 1830) getting to Gozo from Westin Dragonara and then another 2.5 hours (2230 to 0100) getting back to Westin Dragonara after spending just about 4 hours in Gozo.
We were the about last pick up and the early drop offs.
The people picked up from Valletta ( earlier than us) would have spent over 6 to 7 hours in the transit to Gozo and back.
So don't plan on getting back to your resort and hitting the sack before 1 am or 2 am despite assurances by your tour operator.

Fantastic Tour - Nas was a great tour guide and was very helpful. She didn't bs things and that was really nice to see. Plus, it was nice to tour the island and see many a few sites I don't think the big buses could have gotten to normally. Gozo was simply beautiful to wander around for the day. Nas was flexible and let us figure out what we wanted to do in the afternoon. Loved the salt flats and the seeing window. The lunch was really nice and the goat cheese at the cafe was simply incredible. Every part of the trip from pickup to leaving was done with ease. I would totally recommend this tour to others.

Amazing tour! - Great sightseeing guided by Mr. M in his electric TUK-TUK. Thanks to him we got to see the beautiful hidden side of the island. The incredible views, stories and history of the island were presented to us with great enthusiasm and humour by the friendliest english guy, who chose to call Gozo his home. Great memories !

Frustrating. - While the tour itself was quite good I do not recommend this company. I was told on tour voucher that pick up was at 7.45am but when I got there at 7.40 the driver had already left. When rang office man was very rude and said he did not undetstand me until I wanted to cancel and get refund then suddenly arranged for me to do next day. Next day was transferred to wrong boat and ended up on wrong island and they then had to arrange for another transfer to get me to the correct island for tour.Another passenger had the same issue. Disorganised and do not match drivers with same language skills as passengers.

Terrible costumer service - Terrible service, we could not make it on time for our tour and I asked for a partial refund they refused it despite I tried to contact them before the tour Even started, we do a lot of tours and traveling and this was the only company that show no compassion at all. Not recommended at all
