Walk into the royal-garden-like park, you will be mesmerized by huge colorful lanterns shaped into well known characters and auspicious figures. At night, when all the lanterns are lit up, these vivid decorations enhance the beauty of Tang Paradise. Stroll around with your guide to enjoy the fascinating evening scene.

The Chinese Lantern Festival, which originated in the Western Han Dynasty, is a significant event believed to bring good fortune. Annually, Xi’an Tang Paradise, a sprawling theme park showcasing regal Tang Dynasty architecture and history, hosts a stunning lantern exhibit. This exhibit showcases massive, vibrant lanterns in the form of popular cartoon characters and lucky symbols. The Lantern Show can be enjoyed only during the first lunar month of each year.
