You are expecting 8000 life size terracotta warriors all in the real battle formation, which were buried underground over 2200 years (recommended visiting time: 2.5 hours with lots of flat walking). Great cultural experience with a perfect guide - It has been a great day visiting the terracotta warriors, the big Wild Goose pagoda, the muslim quarter with the great mosque as well as the Silk Road Show. To cover all activities within a day was perfectly orchestrated by our guide Becky. She provided us with many valuable information during the transfers in between as well as on site and knew how to get best places to shoot a photo. She did a fantastic job fulfilling our day with many highlights. In between we had delicious food. Thanks a lot for this great experience which I can fully recommend

Unforgettable memories with SUNNY - I want to thank very much Sunny, for organizing a wonderful private tour. We learned a lot about Xi’an history, culture, past and present. She explains everything so well, to make sure you won’t forget a thing. The way even kids would be interested in the history. She is extremely knowledgeable, flexible, never rushed us. We like the city so much, we decided to extend our stay in this, full of history city.

Amazing trip, wonderful guide - Wendy is warm, considerate, patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. No doubt it was one of the best experiences I had while traveling in China. After a few short exchanges with Wendy, I decided to go with a tour of the Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum (terracotta warriors museum). There were alot of last minute arrangements that I had to make due to this being a spontaneous trip. However, she was swift in responding and was really accommodating to my requests. As someone who's completely new to Xi'an, I'm really glad to have Wendy as my guide. Right from the start, I was impressed with her wealth of knowledge about Chinese culture and history. She has the knack of explaining things in a way that makes it both entertaining and educational. Much of what she shared with me was not available in the museum and I learned so much from her during the tour. She also shared with me recommendations and information about other sites in the city, and went out of her way to help me with matters like booking time slots for museums and finding a place to exchange currency. Honestly, I do not feel that another guide would be as considerate and helpful as Wendy was. I would strongly recommend Wendy as a guide to anyone planning to visit Xi'an. Thank you Wendy for this wonderful experience!

What a tour of Xi’an! - After booking through TripAdvisor, Wendy got in touch via WhatsApp to confirm all our details for the tour of Xi’an. Wendy also advised me to go and look at the Wild Goose Pagoda and fountains in the evening. I can’t believe we would have missed it. Genuinely one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. We were then handed to Becky who arrived promptly at 8am at our hotel as promised. Gave fantastic insight on the way to the wild goose pagoda and explained the schedule in the day. Becky took care of everything throughout the day, buying tickets, arranging everything. We just literally followed along and learnt so much information. There isn’t an option to learn in any detail in English about the Goose Pagoda and Terracotta Army. I’m so happy we went with Becky on this tour as we have learnt so much.not only about the landmarks but about the whole of china and its heritage / culture too. Hopefully Becky didn’t mind, but my wife and I are absolute history nerds, so we must of asked 150 questions throughout the day. Every one answered without hesitation and with the upmost care. We ended at the Camel Bell Show which I can honestly say just has to be seen to believed. I don’t want to spoil the surprises. Wendy and Becky have given us restaurant recommendations and have even provided us with Becky’s WeChat number in case we want anymore help this evening in the city. For anyone visiting Xi’an this is a 100% must. It’s not somewhere in my opinion you can really explore on your own without missing 90% of the information. The places in question are also extremely busy and quite remote, so having a guide and driver stops any issues with ticketing and learning about the landmarks. Best tour I’ve been on after may countries visited and extremely reasonably priced for a completely custom tour and guide at your disposal all day. Hopefully see you next year after not realising more days are needed to explore the beautiful Xi’an.

Great without a question - Our fantastic guide Noble Liu is a great guide that to gives such a personal touch to our requests, gave sufficient suggestions and very patient. He even used English to guide us across the entire trip. A Very thoughful guide to the terracotta visits, wild goose temple and the night market. He even volunteered to bring our shopping back to the hotel so we can walk freely, truly made our time in Xi'an one of the best experiences in China. Keep it up!

Experiencing the 8th Wonder of the World in one packed day - Thanks Becky!!! For sharing with us an impressive Xi'an in one day...starting the day with the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, then touring the amazing Pit 1, 3 & 2 of the Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses and finishing with a breathtaking Tang Dynasty Show. Becky provided excellent history and details that added to our experience, she knew where to take the best pictures and she shared yum Chinese hamburgers with us. Highly recommend a guided day trip when you visit Xi'an...it's so worth it.
