Incredible tour of Xian with the best guide, Susan - We were fortunate to have Susan as our guide during our day in Xian, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the very first moment, her warmth and deep knowledge made us feel welcome and excited about what was to come. Our first stop was at the Terracotta Warriors, a place that is already impressive on its own, but Susan made it even more special. Her detailed explanation of the history and context of this amazing site truly helped us appreciate the scale and significance of what we were seeing. We also loved the visit to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, a place filled with serenity and spirituality. Susan explained the importance of the pagoda in Buddhist culture in a way that was easy to understand yet deeply meaningful. After that, we visited the Xian Museum, where Susan guided us through the rich history of the region with clarity and enthusiasm. Her knowledge and passion for Chinese history are truly contagious. Finally, we ended the day at the Xian City Wall. Walking along this ancient structure with Susan narrating its history and sharing interesting facts about the city was the perfect way to close out an incredible day. Susan made our tour in Xian unforgettable. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she is also kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does.

Summer in Xi’An - Tour guide was very tentative, she took us to the place early so we get to beat the summer crowed. She also knows the best place for pictures and gives us interesting information about the sites. We would tour Xi’An again with her.

Excellent tour with Celine - We had Celine as our guide and she was perfect! She was extremely professional, knowledgable and kind. We would recommend her 100%. For those traveling to the Terracotta soldiers, be aware that there are extremely large crowds. I do not think this is suitable for the elderly and young children. We would recommend bringing a small hand fan, umbrella for the sun, and plenty of water.

An average experience - What can I say, we’ve been given more info about the political system in China and the way people live right now (which is interesting in its own way) than the stuff we have seen during the tour. Everything was punctual and the guide was helpful. More information about the actual sights would have helped. The Terracotta Warriors museum, while really an amazing sight to see, I would avoid during summer, the crowds are absolutely insane, with the seniors visiting misbehaving and pushing people around. The guide did his absolute best to help us navigate the museum. The museum we visited next near the pagoda was an absolute snooze fest and I would avoid going there completely as there is nothing interesting to see. The wall museum was interesting and a lot less crowded which made it all the more enjoyable.
