Great food tour with Amber - We took the tour in December and we really enjoyed it. Our guide Amber was very good, her explanations of the dishes, restaurants and areas of the city were clear and informative, she was a pleasure to talk to. The food was good and plentiful, the Tuk Tuk was small but it gives a more authentic feel to the whole experience. Recommended.

Noodles noodles noodles 🍜 & a side of sightseeing! - What an incredible way to see the backstreets of Xian that most tourists would never get to enjoy. I tuktuk Ride in between areas allowed us to cover a lot of ground. We tried everything from homemade noodles that were phenomenal and I am not a noodle person, to chicken& local beer. I highly recommend this tour to anybody, young or old. Everyone can keep up.

Unmissable tour - The tour was perfect. Delicious food, adventure and culture. I've done many tours in my life, but Buren makes you feel like a friend is inviting you to eat in their own home. He is a very nice person who makes this tour an unmissable experience.

Great food, Ken is awesome! - This tour was great! We enjoyed all the food and our tour guide, Ken, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the area and food we ate. He was able to answer all our questions. And he even provided suggestions on places to go to try other foods, separate from the tour. He also gave us ideas of other landmarks to see while we were in the area. I appreciated that the places we went to were clean and local spots. We had hoped to try a Lost Plate tour in Shanghai but unfortunately it didn't fit into our schedule. Would definitely recommend this tour to others and suggest trying other cities!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - We booked this tour day of and it was the best decision we made our entire trip! Tour was well thought out, food excellent, but our tour guide Ken really made it. We ended the tour immediately looking up other Lost Plate tours because he was so excellent.

You will not regret this - Buren was such a great guide and we had so much fun and learnt so much from him about the food, culture, etc. This was my second food tour with Lost Plate on this trip as I had a great time with my previous one in Beijing, The food introduced to us was really yummy and interesting. Something I would not have discovered or tried it for myself if I was going on my own. Another great thing about such tours is that food really brings people together and I've met so many other friends during this tour from all parts of the world and listened to their stories.

Bang bang noodles! - Pretty good food tour. If it was up to me, I would change a few of the locations, but several of them were really good. The best by far was the bang bang noodles, which were fun to watch being made and to eat.

Great Food and Friendly Staff! - I went on this food tour with my partner, parents, and friends. Overall the experience was really awesome and would recommend! Highlights: -Lots of stops, this means lots of tasting! There was more than enough food to get a filled up -Dumplings, noodles, skewers, beer, and everything in between -The tour guide was super friendly and helpful, very patient and always happy to answer questions -Tuk Tuks are fun and effiecent Cons: -Really, the only reason this isn't a 5 star review is because the tuk tuks were on the smaller side. So getting in and out of them was challenging, especially if you have any leg/knee issues. And once inside it was crammed for four human sized humans. Luckily you weren't in the tuk tuks for to long :) Overall really awesome experience and def would do again
