Lively and tasty food tour - highly recommended! - Isabella was a perfect guide for it first Taiwan night market experience. She knows all the best places, but listens to her guests preferences. In addition to trying almost every food that intrigued us (a lot in two hours), we also appreciated the opportunity to learn about Taiwan and her openness to any questions. Raohe was an excellent choice, with the most Michelin street food stars. Two hours was plenty of time for us - we couldn’t have eaten anything else!

Wonderful Experience with delicious food! - Vivian was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed the night market with Vivian’s excellent guidance. She was familiar with the vendors and helped us choose foods. All were delicious! She also told us about the history of the nearby temple. We had a great evening with her and highly recommend this tour with Vivian.

Throughly enjoyable evening tour with Alex - We met our guide Alex outside the MRT and he took us for some Bubble Tea, worth trying if you haven’t had it. Alex pointed out a small clock building? Near the MRT exit. Every hour it lights up and a train runs around a small track and plays music. Something we would have missed ourselves. In the Market, Alex shared some favourite dishes.. We tried Pork Buns, deep fried 3 types of mushroom, BbQ fried chicken and Grilled mushrooms - the portions were large and were full quite quickly. We also visited the temple - just next to the market. Alex shared some interesting facts about the temple and the Taoist beliefs.

Great evening touring Raohe Night Market - Had an amazing tour with Alex. He explained all the different food stalls and very enthusiastically shared his favorites with us. We were so full and couldn’t eat any more so he took us to the temple next door and walked us through the history. Overall a great time. Highly recommended!

A Wonderful Night with May Ei at the Night Market - We enjoyed this 2 hour walking tour of Raohe Night Market! Our guide, May Ei was awesome! She is a kind, energetic person who took the time to explain many things about Taiwanese culture! She easily navigated a very busy night market and introduced us to foods we had never tried before! May truly loves life and brings this energy to the tour! She was so excited to share her passion and knowledge with us! Thank you May Ei!

Night Market in Taipei - Our guide May was very helpful in making suggestions for which food stalls we should try based on our food preferences. She made our night market experience less stressful by communicating our food orders for us and finding us a table to eat at. The visit to the temple before our eating experience was very interesting and we learned a lot about the Taipei culture.

Raohe Night Market - Our night market experience with Mai was magical. The foods she introduced to us was not only delicious but authentic and foods we never would have found on our own. Her passion for food truly shines through. We only wish we had bigger stomachs to try every delicacy. The night was capped off with a stop at the temple. It was exhilarating to be in the midst of this very active temple that many locals were worshiping at. We definitely preferred Raohe over Shilin Night Market.

Great food, fun, and a Great Guide! - May was great, so energetic and friendly! She is quite knowledgeable about the good places in the market and navigating you around the best ways. May will customize the stalls you visit depending on a) how hungry you are, b) what you're interested in, and c) how adventurous you are. The Pork Pepper buns are not to be missed as is the fire and ice dumpling dessert! I would book this tour again in a heartbeat if I was back in Taipei!
