A must for any fans of Xiao Long Bao or Dim Sum in General! - Our instructor, Chef Linda, was very friendly and explained the dumpling making steps clearly in English. We were so happy with the results and could even bring our creations home to eat. She helped us throughout the process and even explained other ways to fold dumplings. Truly a pleasant experience worth trying!

A must do authentic experience in Shanghai - A must do authentic experience in Shanghai. Mike was a patient and fun head chef who spoke excellent English. We made all our items from scratch and did all parts of the course ourselves. It was fun, learned some new skills in the kitchen, and finished it off eating it all with our Chef for lunch! We loved it!!💕
Authentic environment with a real kitchen
🥟Do yourself a favor and do something different than the typical tourist stuff! This is great fun and lots of food to eat too! We made Dumplings and Spring Rolls.
Do it!!! You won’t regret it!!!

Must do authentic experience - A must do authentic experience, Mike was a wonderful patient teacher with excellent English. We made everything from scratch and did all parts of the experience ourselves. It was so much fun, highly competitive in our family to see who could make the best Lol. We made dumplings and spring rolls and enjoyed them with our Chef Mike at the end of the course. Super fun, do it you will have a fun and different experience. Definitely orginal and not like a large tour - very personalized service

Cook a tste of culture - Experience culture through cooking! We so enjoyed our learning to make Dim Sum and egg rolls. We will always appreciate the skill and expertise that cooks bring to the table after trying our hand at making them. Chef Linda was so knowledgeable and helpful to “novice” cooks like us.

A must do in Shanghai - We had such a good time making soup dumplings and spring rolls with Mike. He is genuinely happy to teach his craft to everybody. I went with my son and his friend and we had varying levels of skill. Mike was patient and helpful to everybody. It was fun to learn how to make the soup dumplings and now that we know the secret, if something happens to us you know why!!! Lol. Help support Mike and his small business!!!

Fantastic Soup Dumpling Making Experience - Mike was an awesome instructor and very accommodating to our 11yr old. It was our wish list to learn to make Shanghai soup dumplings in Shanghai. We loved every minute of making the Xiao long bao and Fried spring rolls. It was even tastier to eat them. Highly recommend this activity to any group.

Family fun making delicious dumplings! - Chef Mike was the best host!! We really enjoyed our cooking class. He made it super fun and we learnt how to make delicious dumplings and spring rolls from beginning to end. His English is amazing…thank goodness as my Mandarin is not good!! The whole family enjoyed it and it’s a memory we will have for a long time. Thanks Chef!!
