Great course to pick up the basics of Wok Cooking - Jamie was our chef, and he made cooking our meals an absolute joy. We are average cooks, but wok cooking has always been an interest as the food is freshly cooked and easy, IF you know what to use. Jamie made it easy for us. He cooked the dishes first, we tasted them, and could then judge whether we would like more spice or less. Then we cooked the dishes following his directions. The kitchen is spacious, scrupulously clean and well equipped. We were made to feel welcome, and had such fun making and tasting our wok dishes. We were supplied with take away containers, as we had cooked so much food that we couldn't eat it all. We came home this week and went straight to the Chinese Grocery in Devonport and bought all the sauces and noodles for our three dishes. Its great to be able to have confidence enough to just jump in and cook!
