The best fun on my life - The best park ( we had the best amazing time on the park the price is worth ( start from the morning until afternoon it was a lovely park where you can do everything sometime for crowds but is worth to waiting. The lunch was amazing we try all the restaurants and all food was tasty, fresh including the drink very nice. Staff very warm and nice service.
I recommend all the activities special the slides it was wow .
Definitely I will be back

Really really cool experience, it can really be recommended - I was there with my mother. We were very doubtful whether we should go as we are not big water park people. But since we had been recommended by some friends, we did it anyway. It turned out to be worth it because we stayed almost the whole day! We tried a single water slide but otherwise it was not at all like a traditional water park. We sailed through the river of life (really beautiful). Then we tried the zip line into the water, and we swam into a small cave and had a look. And in addition we also saw a manatee. It was super smart that everything was included so you didn't have to carry money around when you had to eat and drink (all you can eat and drinks) BRILLIANT. And then for the experience of my life (this was not included in the price), we swam with dolphins for a very fair price. We got almost 30 minutes in the water with the dolphins, where we were allowed to cuddle with them (here it was very clear that they enjoyed it). They also showed different tricks. It was absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend this experience to others!

Beautiful place - This place is wonderful, it has great views and the best is all the food and drink you want, some things are bought separately but everything is worth it, it is very nice

Always memorable days at Xel-Ha - We love spending a day of our vacation in the Mayan Riviera at Xel-ha. So many fun things to snorkeling in the lagoon and river, zip-lining over the water, jumping off cliffs, and the water slide. The whole park is beautiful and the food and drinks are great as well. We like to get to the park early close to opening and get after it. They serve breakfast and then lunch. The all-inclusive passes seem to make sense for us.

A quiet paradise to have fun - Do you want to spend an incredible day with sun and where you can walk, enjoy an incredible color of the water and good attractions? This place is perfect, where due to its tranquility you can also rest and eat very well. By the way, I recommend the photo package, the cameras placed throughout the complex are amazing.

Xelha the best park of the Xcaret Group - The park and the atmosphere were very pleasant, my best experience was on the terrace with the waitress Rut, she has an excellent attitude and incredible service, she left me with a very good experience and I would go to the park again, the cove was very beautiful and I liked that towel service available to the public

Fun weekend! - The place is beautiful and big!
It is quite complete but you have to arrive early and with comfortable shoes to explore the place. The buffet is super varied and rich, the service is 10!
The drinks and the attention of the bartenders are applauded because they always have a lot of people to serve but they always have a smile for you.
We will definitely go back!

Worst Products - No pickup service. Worst of all, I'll blow a day. If you want to waste your time in Cancun, Recommendation. It's cheap and comfortable to stay apart from the hotel.

Horrible experience. - I would give this tour zero stars if I could. Aleman travel agency refused to respond to repeated attempts for pick up time and location. After almost 24 hours they did respond and tried to charge more for the pick up. Repeated attempts to resolve this issue were denied by both Viator and the travel agency. At this time I’m out $265 for a tour I never got to do with my daughter.
