For those who not only want to enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji but also want to experience the history of this area!
We will aim to reach the top of the highest peak in the Yamanakako area. There is Ishiwari Shrine at the 8th station, which features a large rock said to be the stage of the Japanese mythology called “Ama-no-Iwato.”
The rock is so cracked that one person can barely pass through, and if you can walk through it three times clockwise, it is said to bring you good luck.
Let’s enjoy mountain hiking and gather some energy at this sacred site! Move your body, clear your head, and feel nature and history throughout your body!
