Highlights
  • Temple Of Dawn (Wat Arun) - Wat Arun, locally known as Wat Chaeng, is situated on the Thonburi side of the Chao Phraya River. It’s one of Bangkok’s most beautiful temples and absolutely stunning when lit up at night.
  • The Grand Palace - Since the Grand Palace is closed at this time, we only make a stop outside. It is a great place to make a photo at night, because the palace area is beautifully lit up.
  • Wat Pho Thai Traditional Massage School - Wat Pho is one of the oldest temples in the Thai capital and also one of the largest temple complexes in Bangkok and has the largest collection of Buddha images in Thailand. Wat Pho maintains the title as the country’s earliest center for public education, specializing in religion, science and literature.

Nowadays it is closed at night, so we only pass by.

  • Pak Khlong Talat (Flower Market) - Pak Khlong Talat is Thailand’s largest wholesale flower market and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Pak Khlong Talat means ‘market at the mouth of the canal’ in Thai. The area originally started as a floating market in the early 18th century. Later, in the 19th century, the area became a large fish market. In the 1950s the area eventually developed into the current Flower Market.
  • Giant Swing - The Giant Swing is a religious structure. It was formerly used in an old Brahmin ceremony. If you want to show a photo of Bangkok’s landmark to your friends or family, the Giant Swing or Sao Chingcha is one of the best choices! It is located in the heart of Bangkok and in front of the first rank royal temple, Wat Suthat.
  • Chinatown - Bangkok - Bangkok’s Chinatown is one of the largest Chinatowns in the world and one of the most authentic and unchanged neighborhoods in the city.

Bustling Yaowarat Road in the center of Chinatown becomes a culinary hotspot at night, with little street restaurants everywhere. The bright neon lights and huge crowds that come here to eat, drink, and wander make Chinatown very lively, and the atmosphere at night is far different than during the day.

Our tuk-tuk will drop us here and we continue by foot. It is here where we will enjoy a street-food meal!

Walking around you can find all kinds of food, from satay, pad thai, chicken in different variations, fried rice, noodles and different soups, crispy duck and curries.

And of course, no street dining experience in Chinatown would be complete without a local Thai dessert!

NOTE: Food stalls are not allowed on the street on Monday. If you join our tour on Monday, you will have a meal at another location.

Seeing the sites in Bangkok - Wonderful experience. Tack was excellent. Very informative and fantastic trip. Had the opportunity to meet 6 other English speaking travelers from around the world. We went on a boat and a Tuk Tuk and saw so much history and culture. With a wonderful dinner in China town. Tack made the whole experience memorable.

It was a fun tour - I participated as a Japanese person. I can't speak English, but our guide Siri's English was very easy to understand, and we were able to enjoy seeing the famous sites of Bangkok. The tour was very fulfilling, and Wat Arun at dusk was really beautiful. The night drive in a tuk-tuk was also refreshing. All the tour participants were friendly, and I would like to participate again. After the tour, Siri accompanied me until the taxi arrived, and she also talked to the driver for me, which was really helpful.

A fun night out! - Travelling alone it is quite a challenge to find a tour, as most operators only accept a minimum of 2 persons. Luckily not here! My guide Bill was the best… she was chatty, informative and good company. Thank you again Bill!
