FLIGHT OF YOUR LIFE - We had the utmost experience of a lifetime today being the 15/5/24. BRIAN AND THE STRINGER BOYS would have to be the most professional, organised, respectful customer focused and safety driven company I have ever come across. They not only went over the safety requirements with us several times but explained every little detail of how the balloon is set up from start to finish. But we were all participants in setting it up and packing it up, Brian commentated the flight very well and cracked quite a few jokes along the way . And when the flight had come to the end Brian made a 10 /10 touch down landing. And we were back on the bus and on our way back home oh and several photos were taken by an on board camera fitted to the outside of the balloon 🎈 just as a bonus extra. And the serenity of the yarra valley is just breathtaking you just can't get enough of it. So my wife and I would personally like to thank Brian and the team for such a fantastic life experience and suggest that anyone reading this review grab yourself ,your partner, freinds and family tickets to hop on board and have the flight of your life. Brian and his team created memories that will truly last a lifetime. The amount of work that goes into setting up a hot air balloon is impressive, and keeping it under control during the flight is an even bigger feat. Brian and his team made it look effortless, which speaks volumes about their expertise. A special shoutout to Jason as well. He went above and beyond by picking us up extra early in the morning and ensuring we got back to the city conveniently after everything was packed up. Overall, this experience was exceptional. Highly recommend!

Best experience! - We had an incredible experience with Brian on our trip. The ride was so smooth and we felt comfortable the whole time. We also needed to reschedule 3 times and they had the best customer service accommodating us. Highly recommend!

Yarra Valley sunrise - Excellent experience. Brian and Jason looked after us in a friendly and professional manner. Everything was explained clearly and calmly. They gave us photos for free and we also had about 15 minutes extra time. Highly recommended.
