Our optional bike insurance:
All bicycles are equipped with approved AXA locks, and you will receive an extra padlock for every two bicycles. Like other bike rentals we have a theft insurance.
Our insurance lowers the charge for a stolen or broken bike. With insurance, we lower your own risk to a €60,- maximum, if you lose the bike but hand over the keys.

Bike security deposit
You can pay the security deposit in person at our location with cash or a credit card reservation. The security deposit is handled at the desk and will be returned to you after returning the bike.

Please bring an identification document such as a drivers license.
We require €75,- per bike as security deposit, which will be returned to you after the return of the bike. It’s possible to either bring cash or make your deposit digitally at the counter.
