Money worth for self help group packages - Yellowknife has many tour groups, but if you want personal treatment and inclusive package, this is the only one that provides English and Chinese languages. The price is well worth it even if you try to compare the various packages. Both Floris and Janet were great vibrant tour guides. Angela and CK served us with transport and all meals are included in this particular 3 nights 4 days package. It began with a tour by bus and Floris would take photos for you and teach you how to use the smart phones to take pictures and then give you her photos with you in them the next day. We also went to Indigenous Village and to the Aurora Station. We also had a day trip to the lodge by float plane. They were great experience.

While we went to see the Aurora, we had such a great , wonderful and unforgettable holiday - We took the 4 nights 5 days package and were treated like royals. This was an all inclusive package with all meals, transportation and the day tours and night Aurora viewing packages. We loved the tour and would rate the best ever. Angela, the owner of the company picked us from the airport and dropped us back. She was very much concerned about what we are eating and would accompany us to the restaurants for dinner. She would explain the menu. They have a dedicated team of youngsters who have gathered lot of knowledge and give you the right information required. Janet, Florice, Saxon, Phyllis, Joey and all others whose names I don’t remember are all excellent in their job and would achieve greater things in life. Wishing all the best to them. We went for Aurora viewing on 3 nights and saw it on all the nights. The last night was so beautiful that we skipped the 4th night. We will come again to Yellowknife and will contact Angela again. She is like an angel.

Fall Gold Package - We did the Fall Gold package for four days and three nights, and from start to finish, Yellowknife Tours was incredible. Floris picked us up from the airport and had an itinerary ready for us. She was also super flexible, adjusting the schedule so we could grab a bite to eat and rest at a café after the flight. Floris was not only informative and knowledgeable, but she also made the whole experience so fun and enjoyable. It didn’t feel like a guided tour – it felt like we were hanging out with a friend. The whole team was amazing, including Janet, who truly impressed us. Her passion was evident, and her ability to switch between three languages to cater to our diverse group was a testament to her talent. Like Floris, Janet was a joy to be around, ensuring we were comfortable and really cared that we saw the northern lights. The tour group went above and beyond. They arranged our hotel accommodations, communicated promptly, and made sure everything was seamless. When it came to seeing the northern lights, they took stunning photos, helped us pose, and made sure everything was perfect. We received the photos right away, along with a heartfelt email. On the first night, when we witnessed the northern lights, two Yellowknife Tours staff members who were off the clock still joined us. They cooked for us, helped with photos, and one of them even created a timelapse of the lights on his phone and sent it to all of us immediately. Yellowknife Tours truly exceeded all expectations. Their dedication, warmth, and attention to detail made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Most wonderful experience. - We joined a three night tour organised by this Tour. We were arranged to hunt aurora on bus, as well as viewing the wonder of nature at a station and a tent, both warm and comfortable. We enjoyed the tour very much. From the moment we met the tour representative at the airport to the time we were taken to our return flight, we felt the hospitality of all the staff who were delightful, polite and helpful. They were dutiful during the hunt for aurora and alerted us when it appeared whilst we were relaxing in the warm environment. They helped us to take photographs. Impressively a link was sent to us in the morning for photographs taken in the previous night. There must have been a lot of dedicated work throughout the night. We were taken to different restaurants so that cuisine of various cultures could be enjoyed. We thank each and every one who had provided service to us which was top class. Before we came, we had worried about how well we could settle in the extreme weather. With the wonderful service, this never came to our mind as soon as we were received.

Friendly knowledgeable and accommodating to see the magical aurora! - Saxson was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were flexible so that we were sure to see the aurora for as long as possible. He also explained more about the Aurora, just the right amount of info to be interesting but not like a lecture. The snacks were on point and the experience seeing the aurora was magical!

Excellently planned Aurora hunting tours! - We did the bus tour and the Aurora station tour and both experiences were very professionally planned out. The operators were punctual and very helpful throughout the tours on both evenings. Our guide, Angus, was the best! He was extremely knowledgeable about the Aurora and he also had some excellent jokes ;) I highly recommend Yellowknife Tours for anyone looking for a well planned out evening of Aurora hunting!

Aurora Viewing - Tour guide Floris is amazing. She is passionate in helping us spot out the aurora and take many lovely photos!!! We have spent two nights with her in aurora viewing!! Would definitely recommend the Yellowknife Tours!!

We will do it again - A guide who name is Angus. He was the best guide ever. Even though, we didn’t see the aurora that night but we saw aurora through his hard working for us in such a freezing night.. Thank you Angus and miss you hope see you again when we go up there again.

Disappointed with the app disappointed with the experience. - Waiting for the bus to arrive for almost an hour past its due time. Because the bus was late to pick me up, we arrived at the location -- just as the clouds were covering the last of the opening in the sky.
