Great tours in Yellowknife - The tour guide Mo is friendly and helpful. Always give a hand when necessary. We did see the great aurora light and took a lot of photos under the temperature -38C. He is also the guide of the ice-fishing activity. He took good care of every guests and fried fish is delicious 😋. My husband is lucky to catch a fish at the last minute. Super freezing but it’s worth. Never give up!

I see the Northern Lights. - My lame parents participated. The area is warm and equipped with toilets, and elderly people can enjoy the Northern Lights at their own pace and comfort if they are only careful not to ski on the icy ground outside.

Great tour and saw the lights again! - Our experience with the Aurora Luxury Lodge Tour in Yellowknife was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Everything about this tour was well-organized and exceeded our expectations. We were picked up right on time, which immediately set the tone for a smooth and professional experience. The first stop of the evening gave us a chance to enjoy the incredible scenery and get a feel for the night ahead before heading to the main destination—the lodge. The lodge itself was the perfect place to enjoy the northern lights in comfort and style. What we loved most was the flexibility the lodge offered. We could easily go in and out as we pleased, choosing to watch the lights from the cozy balcony or step outside to take in the full, uninterrupted view. The setup was perfect for staying warm while still enjoying the magic of the outdoors. Inside, everything was clean and welcoming, with a spotless bathroom and plenty of space to relax. The free hot chocolate and cookies were a thoughtful touch that added to the cozy and inviting atmosphere. It was so nice to warm up with a hot drink between trips outside, especially on such a chilly night. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the northern lights. They made the experience even better with their insights and great energy, making sure everyone had a great time. All in all, this was an unforgettable tour and one we’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Yellowknife. The Aurora Luxury Lodge Tour offers the perfect combination of adventure, comfort, and excellent service. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to experience the northern lights!

I love Yellow Knife Town - To see the lights dance, this life is worth it! The luxury cottage is super beautiful, it can be heated, it can be buffeted with free cocoa, it is really careful. Mo's service is very good and helped to take many beautiful photos in the cold, really great.

Excellent teamwork and arrangement - I will give 5 out of 5 Leon, the owner, was patient and kind, clearly explaining everything for my custom-planned 4D3N trip. He replied promptly to all my questions, concerns, and re-scheduling. After extending my trip for extra days, he quickly arranged for pickup and drop-off. His team members worked hard to assist all customers such as MO and Forres. Special thanks go to MO, our tour guide, photographer, and driver, who showed thoughtfulness towards customers. On a bad day for the Aurora Borealis chase, he found alternative activities to prevent boredom.

Good arrangement and nice tour guide - The tour guide was so nice and friendly. Though we can’t see the aurora light on that day, ‘Mo’ still tried to take good pictures of us! The lodge was cozy and beautiful!

Possible good location but would not recommend - Pros: pick up on time at the hotel. Guide really wanted to do the best for guests. Lodge did have have the accommodations mentioned on the description of the tour. Location was good. Cons: lodge a lot smaller than expected or showed on photos. No alcohol to purchase as advertised. The place was cold. The lodge was really dirty, dust balls everywhere. Toothbrush in the bathroom. It felt like you went uninvited and unexpectedly to someone’s house. It looked and felt like a college dorm or fraternity house. This place has the potential to be very good but more attention has to be paid to what they offer and how they present the house. We didn’t get to see the auroras because of extreme cloudiness but that is not affecting my rating since no one can control or predict the weather.

Just to spend a night! - Just don't understand why someone wants to go to this place? It's just a place to stay at. Why someone spending so much funds to go to that area want to pay so much money to go and stay at this place?!
