Animals in the Upper Loop - We hired Covered Ground Tours for a second day to look for animals. Emma knew where to search for bison, elk and bear. We did the Emma Eastside Squiggle to get to the most popular animal sites. We saw herds of bison, elk and then finally in the Hayden Valley, we saw a sub adult grizzly bear within 70 yards of the road. The rangers were there to manage the "bear jam" but it was so spectacular! One of the highlights of our trip!

The Absolute Best Way to Visit Yellowstone - There aren’t enough superlatives to describe this experience. Kilmeny handled every detail of the booking and kept me updated on all arrangements. She answered my many questions cheerfully and was as pleasant and efficient as I could have wanted. Our tour guide, John, took great care of us and took us to every nook and cranny in the park. He was a font of knowledge about what we were seeing and knew exactly where to set up the equipment so that we could see wolves, prong horns, bison, ravens, moose…. He took pictures for us and kept us engaged throughout. Each day a fabulous picnic lunch was proved in a scenic spot. The overnight at Chico was a treat. The restaurant was exceptional as were the hot spring pools. It is impossible to see Yellowstone on your own and have this experience. IMPOSSIBLE. I recommend this tour and this company because it is, IMO, the only way to visit Yellowstone. THANK YOU to Kilmeny and John (and Kenzie) for making this a trip of a lifetime.

Yellowstone, trust me you need a guide! Ask for John Putrino - John Putrino is absolutely the best guide you could have! He is passionate about what he does and makes the experience unforgettable! We did the 2 day upper and lower loop of Yellowstone, John made sure that we saw Old Faithful blow at 10:03 am, he took us to view the Grand Prizmatic! We saw Bison, Proghorns, Elk, wolf cubs and a GRIZZLY!! During our two day Journey, John educated us about many things Yellowstone. The only way to truly experience Yellowstone, is to hire a guide and I can promise you, you will not regret John as your guide! John, thank you for such an unforgettable journey through Yellowstone! You definitely earned 2 scoops 😉

2-Day Yellowstone Tour - My daughter, father, and I traveled west for the sole reason to show my 87 year old father Yellowstone National Park. This tour was absolutely amazing for all of us. The pace and options available were perfect for everyone. John Putrino was our guide and he was the best!!! His knowledge, kind spirit, and love of his job was evident throughout the entire tour. I also need to give a shout-out to the sweet woman who called several times to check to make sure we were ready for our trip and to just "touch base." Tremendous service! I am recommending this tour to everyone I know going to Yellowstone...but not promising to see 12 bears like we did! :)

A+ Yellowstone Tour - I booked a tour with Teton Floats for our group of 6 adults. I was a bit nervous because I didn't know anything about Yellowstone or the area. From my first phone call with Kilmeny everything was perfect. We changed the dates twice and they were always accommodating. Our guides were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The van was spacious and clean & John was an excellent driver. We saw everything we hoped to see & more. It was an amazing trip.

Take this tour!! - We loved our trip...doing a guided tour is the best way to see pretty much all of Yellowstone in two days. It's a busy pace, but manageable. You won't have to worry about parking and figuring things out - especially in a place with limited wifi. Really enjoyed Rowan's stories and knowledge about the parks. Highly recommend!

John P. Was one of the... - John P. Was one of the best tour guides I’ve ever been with. He was so knowledgeable, and his personality was amazing. He pointed out so much we would have missed. We saw 12 bears! And wolves! All because of him and his eagle eyes! We learned so much from him in those 2 days.

Ask for John Putrino!!!!!!!! - John Putrino was our guide. We saw 12 bears, 3 wolves and countless bison and elk. My wife and I did the 2 day Yellowstone tour. John is exceptional we attribute the quality of our experience directly to his expertise. We were so impressed with John's knowledge, professionalism, and stewardship. Yellowstone is very crowded and very difficult to navigate and we are so grateful to John and Teton Floats for maximizing our time while in the park.
