Haghartsin is a monastery complex founded in the 10th century and completed in the 13th century. It is situated in one of Armenia’s most picturesque resorts, Dilijan, nestled deep within the forest. This location is considered one of the most tranquil spots in Armenia. En route to Dilijan, we will also visit Tsakhkadzor, a renowned ski resort in Armenia where you can enjoy a 1000-meter-long zipline, a ropeway, and the 9th-century Kecharis Monastery. Next, we will head to Lake Sevan, one of the world’s most stunning lakes. The lake sits at an elevation of 1900 meters above sea level, making it the second highest freshwater lake in the world, and is located in the Gegharkunik region high in the mountains. On the Sevan Peninsula, there is the 9th-century Sevanavank Monastery, perched at about 2000 meters high, offering a breathtaking view.
