Group excursions - This agency was recommended to me by a teacher. I purchased three group excursions from this agency. I didn’t regret it for a minute. The excursions are very interesting. If the places in them are repeated, then the program is still different. The price is very reasonable. I had two of them with Karen and Geham, one with Manya and Arayk. The guides conducted excursions to the best of their ability; it is clear that they really love their country and culture. Drivers are very careful on the roads. The buses are comfortable. I think that I will return to Armenia more than once. And I will definitely purchase excursions from this agency, with these guides.

Tour to Gyumri. - We visited the second largest city in Armenia - Gyumri. Thanks to our guide Marina, we were able to fully enter the atmosphere. Marina is an amazing guide. Her explanation takes you back in history. Also congratulations to our driver Agop who drives super safe and calm. The experience was truly amazing. I strongly recommend.

In the north of Armenia - For this second day with Karen as guide and Achot as driver, the rain was there. But good humor too. Karen is an excellent guide who always has something to teach you on various themes. The visit ends with Haritchavank ceptor, dazzling. And Achot led us on paths that were sometimes under construction, sometimes damaged by rain... expertly!

Great tours! - Great daily tours, especially for the price! We went to Garni with tour guide Vardui (I hope I spelled it right), she was amazing. I don’t know how she does it, but it was so interesting to listen to her, I would definitely go to the tour with her again. We also went on a tour to Gyumri with Marina, she was great too! I’ve never been a huge fan of tours, but decided to go because I’ve heard really good reviews about Hyur, and it did not disappoint. All the pictures were taken during the 2 tours, they took us to such beautiful locations 😍

Gyumri tour brought to life by stories - Tiran was a great guide taking care to answer all our questions. The tour was well planned and well paced. The driver (Aroi?) was excellent, patient and very safety conscious. Such interesting places brought to life through well delivered fact and anecdote.

Excursion in stopwatch mode - The Gyumri excursion was the least satisfying of all the ones I did with Hyur Service. The guide Marina seemed to me the least enthusiastic of all those we had... she got on the bus, sat down straight away and introduced herself afterwards... didn't have time to see who she was. Also she didn’t even offer to take the group photo…. She also favored more Russian translation when there were 16 GB and 8 Russians…. I had to tell him in Armenian to put English first because we missed all the translations in front of the monuments in car…… Also the driver Joseph did not drive very carefully unfortunately. In our opinion, the Gyumri excursion would deserve a night there because the day passes in accelerated mode and that is a great shame…. We had the feeling that the visit to the city itself would deserve more time there….to be able to appreciate it at its true value…. As for lunch, many of us that day found it really tasteless… barely cooked chicken We were happy to have seen Gyumri but too much of a drive for a short time spent there (4 hours drive back)… it’s a shame
