Great tour with beautiful sights! - This tour was excellent - very interesting and a great way to see both Armenia’s nature and its historical heritage, including medieval monasteries. Our guide, Mary (if I spelled it correctly), was amazing - very knowledgeable and made the trip engaging the whole time. The food stop was also excellent, offering a variety of dishes with something for everyone. There was plenty of time at each stop to explore and enjoy the sights, and the tour includes a lot of important landmarks to see. I would like to praise both the guide and the driver (I think his name is Vahag), as well as the agency, for organizing such a well-planned tour. Highly recommend

A wonderful tour - The tour was amazing! All the places we would like to go on that tour scored 10/10. Our guide was excellent, very well versed and informative. The driver is also very careful and kind. We just wished we had more time on each stop because we had a child who walks slower than adults, but thankfully we managed. Will definitely use your services again soon!

Overall a wonderful trip - An amazing trip! Our guide was phenomenally good, and made sure he made everyone comfortable. Took a star away because the bus seats are very uncomfortable and the bus was dirty so difficult to see out the windows. Side note: if you have physical limitations the first monastery has 270 stairs that are icy in winter…

Sevan tour - It was snowing some places was not available for bus to reach. driver was very polite and we have a safe trip The tour could be more informative about Armenian history and culture. Most of the time on the road was silence or music. My expectations was a bit higher.

Coldest guide I’ve ever had — maybe other reviewers got lucky…? 🥶🥶 - I have been on tours all over the world and never experienced a guide quite like today’s. Mari (very sorry to name the guide, but what’s the point in writing a review otherwise?) was exceptionally cold with guests from the outset until the end. She did not seem interested in being there or guiding the tour. She asked her guests a perfunctory ‘icebreaker’ question at the beginning of the tour; other than that she didn’t bother to engage whatsoever for the subsequent 9 hours with the group beyond giving dry, humourless overviews of the various places we stopped at. It felt like we were on a tour with a vampire. Whilst the sites were beautiful indeed, the joy was sucked out of them by the mirthlessness of our guide. She is not a natural storyteller — nor a smiler; she didn’t smile once on the tour — and would benefit from further training on how to welcome and host guests, or alternatively a different industry altogether. Sorry to be brutal, but it was a pretty depressing 9 hours. If you’re booking this tour I recommend you check who your guide is in advance.
