Additional Information

Tsaghkadzor, a minor Olympic city just a short distance from Yerevan, is roughly a sixty-minute drive away. The city’s name translates to ‘the ravine of flowers,’ given for its abundance of diverse stunning flora. Legend has it that these flowers were plucked from the garden of a Pahlavuni princess and spread across the region by the breeze. The 11th-century Kecharis monastic complex, commissioned by the royal family to celebrate the 1000th birthday of Jesus Christ, is another significant landmark in the city.

Tsaghkadzor earns praise for its pure, health-enhancing air, which is why the city was chosen as the location for Olympic training camps during the Soviet era. After refurbishment, these facilities now serve athletes from all around the world. Moreover, Tsakhkadzor morphs into the Armenian hub for skiing when winter rolls around.

Quick and easy to deal with - This travel company was great at helping me prepare a plan to travel the country and set everything up for us. Initially, some taxi drivers charged large sums of money in Yerevan. I rely on this tour company for more trips, this trip which lasts for 4 days includes everything we wanted along with some recommendations given by our travel advisor. The services were always on time and created a "stress free" atmosphere for our trip.

Organized, informative, and punctual service - We are very satisfied with the tours and transfer services that we purchased from Yerani Travel for our Armenia trip. Their office staff were friendly and accommodating and they are able to communicate well. The tours were well-organized and was on schedule with an informative guide who were very accommodating. Also, they are punctual including the drivers. Although the drivers are not able to communicate effectively in English they have made our travel comfortable and safe till we reach our destination plus they were very kind to help us carrying our bags. Overall, everybody in Yerani is well-trained and hospitable. We are very happy with their service and they have made our tour and transfers in Armenia comfortable and time efficient.
