indispensable to visit yerevan - The Yerevan card was very useful. With this card I was thus able to take the bus tour of Yerevan, a taxi was ordered to go to the Genocide Museum and the sim card allowed me to have the internet outside the hotel.Given the costs of roaming it is better to have an Armenian e card.I would like to thank Nelly and her team for their kindness and readiness onibility.

great service and great team - A group of professional and polite girls. I was quite undecided about what to do and they were extremely patient in coming up with all the possible solutions. I strongly Recommendation to contact them and buy the card, which really offers many advantages. Above all, let yourself be guided by local professionals

Amazing Yerevan Card - Buying the Yerevan card online before our holiday was the best thing we ever did. The privileges, such as the airport transfer, start when you arrive (but the timing on the card itself only starts when you use the metro, visit a museum or take the red bus tour from France Square, near the Opera). We registered the card with the ladies in the office at 2, Abovyan Street (the entrance is just inside the Arno Babajanyan Concert Hall, just off Republic Square, by the very popular ice-cream shop). They were ultra helpful, especially Lilet and Nellie. Lilet had already organised our free transfer from the airport during the early hours of the morning (does she ever sleep?) Be patient with the airport Wifi connection. This free transfer avoids all the hassle from the overpriced taxi touts waiting to pounce on you. By the way, we used Yandex Go (the equivalent of Uber) for our return airport transfer and it was very reasonable, plus you will know the price in advance. With the card you get a sim card, a guide book, a Yerevan map, a free trip to Garni / Geghard Monastery / Symphony of Stones (our trip was excellent). You also get free metro access, free entrance to over 30 museums, a free tour and tasting at the Ararat Brandy Museum, discounts at some restaurants, discounts at some shops, e-scooter and bike access...the list goes on. We also did the evening walking tour. We were in Yerevan for two weeks and so we bought the 10 day card but you can buy a 1 day, 2 day 3 day, 5 day, 7 day card depending on your needs. If we had any problems (e.g. if the museum scanner did not work) we contacted the girls in the office via WhatsApp using our sim card and they sorted them out. Have fun!

A week in Yerevan - The staff at the Yerevan Card office were most helpful, especially Arev and Lilet. They arranged excursions (city bus tour, cognac factory tour and tasting, tour to Garni and Geghard) efficiently and communicated well with me regarding times and meeting point (using WhatsApp and phone calls). They also arranged an airport transfer for me reliably and also arranged a shared taxi to a regional city for me. And they were very friendly as well! The Card itself is very useful if you plan to visit any of the many museums in Yerevan (though it is not valid at Etchmiadzin museum which is under church authority). I would highly recommend it, especially if you spend more than a couple days in Yerevan.

Some minor inconsistencies with services and information online, but a wonderful and enriching experience as a whole - Yerevan card gave us an opportunity to visit museums and use taxi transfer. We enjoyed the friendliness and welcoming attitude of the locals. The food in the restaurants was fantastic! We also had good internet connection and had no problem finding places. We couldn't dial numbers, however, but that was alright with us. We also had a ride on the Ferris Wheel at Victory Park - the view was breathtaking! Unfortunately, we couldn't use the metro, even though it was included in the service - some of the metro stations didn't have a device to scan our cards, and the ones that had weren't working. This one time when we scanned a card at a metro station the staff members who were there told us that the device wasn't working, regardless of the positive beep we heard, which was a bit strange. Later the manager of the office told us that it was due to the bad internet connection undergroud. Also, one of the discounts included in the book weren't available - e.g. the souvenir shop mentioned in the tourist guide didn't have the discount promised. If we knew that in advance, we probably would've gone shopping somewhere else. Another two things for tourists to keep in mind: First, there was BAGBNB storage service mentioned on the website but when we visited the office the staff there told us no such thing existed, however, they allowed us to store one big bag per person on the last day of our stay before the late-night flight. Second, we had to take our cards from the central post located in Republic Square of Yerevan and not from the new Sales' Point of Yerevan Card at the "Haypost" branch located at "Zvartnots" International Airport, mentioned on the website, which was a minor inconvenience to us. Thankfully, our hotel was near. All in all, we left with a positive attitude. Yerevan card is an absolute necessity, especially if you're visiting for the first time. Even with some slight inconveniencies, we absolutely fell in love with the people, the rich millennial history of Yerevan, and the culture there! We have never seen so many kind people in one place genuinely offering a helping hand. We will definitely visit again!

Disappointed with limited use of attractions and not helpful receptionists at the tour office - Unfortunately, I left feeling quite disappointed. Despite the promise of access to several top attractions and discounts, I wasn’t able to use even half of the features included in the package. The main issue was that the timeframes were not realistic. Many attractions had long wait times or required advance reservations, which weren’t clearly communicated when buying the card. I had to skip several things on my itinerary because they were either fully booked or simply impossible to fit into my schedule. It felt like the card was designed to offer more than one could reasonably use in the time allowed. Additionally, some of the advertised “exclusive” benefits were either unavailable or no better than what anyone else could access without the card. Overall, I ended up paying for perks I couldn’t take advantage of, which was frustrating and made the purchase feel like a waste. I wouldn’t recommend this unless you have an extremely flexible schedule and don’t mind missing out on many of the benefits.
