Pick Up in Yogyakarta or Bali

Prambanan Temple - Sample itinerary if starting from Yogyakarta. All details will be tailored to your tour date.

Day 1.
9 am: Our driver will pick you up at your hotel lobby in central Yogyakarta.

Enjoy a tour of the Yogyakarta Sultanate Palace, including its museum and water castle, with a local private guide.

Visit Prambanan Temple.
Optional: Prambanan sunset dinner and Prambanan Ramayana/Roro Jonggrang Ballet Show (special class) for an additional cost of USD 50 per person.

Check in at our hotel partner: Platinum Adi Sucipto. If fully booked, we will arrange accommodation at Padanaran Hotel or AJ Boutique Hotel.

Dhagi Hill Sunrise and Picnic Breakfast, Borobudur Temple Structure Tour

Borobudur Temple - 3:30 am: Our driver will pick you up and take you to Dhagi Hill to watch the sunrise over Borobudur, followed by a Dhagi picnic breakfast featuring a special Javanese menu, accompanied by a simple Javanese gamelan performance and storytelling.

8 am: Begin exploring the structure of Borobudur Temple up to its peak.

Optional: Borobudur village tour for an additional USD 35 per person.

Return to the hotel.

Surabaya-Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park

Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park - 5 am: Check out from your Yogyakarta hotel.
Travel from Yogyakarta train station (executive class) to Surabaya.

In Surabaya, you will be picked up by our driver.
Proceed to Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park.

Check in at Artotel Cabin Hotel. If fully booked, we will arrange accommodation at Bromo Permai Hotel.

Bromo-Bondowoso

Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park - 3 am: Pick up by our guide or jeep driver for the Bromo Sunrise Jeep Tour.

After completing the Bromo tour, travel to Bondowoso to check in at Ijen Resort Hotel. If full, we will find a similar alternative.

Ijen Crater-Drop Off in Bali

Ijen Crater - 12 am: Check out from the hotel for the Ijen Blue Fire Trek, only when gas levels are safe. Our Ijen guide, who is informed about the latest gas levels, will update your driver. If gas levels are too high, we will check out and leave around 3 am.

After completing the Ijen Crater trek, travel to Ketapang Harbor to cross to Bali by public ferry.

In Bali, our driver will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel.
