Nice & informative trip experience for first time visitors to Yogyakarta - Sari provided us a very informative and interesting walk starting from the Yogyakarta monument & through Malioboro area then various surrounding streets. We also enjoyed a rickshaw ride & pedal car experience. We also got to taste several street foods that were local to Yogyakarta. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Sari. She's a wealth of knowledge about her city and all the different foods. We had a good conversation about making one of my favourite dishes - beef rendang. She even followed up our conversation by dropping a few sachets of local cooking spices to our hotel after our tour which was very thoughtful and a nice touch.

A Fun-filled Night in Yogyakarta!!! - The tour with Sari was amazing. We tasted many local foods and the lumpia was our favorite. The highlights were the cultural information she shared about Yogya, the people, family life, the government and we especially loved hearing about the acceptance of all people and world religions here. And, we experienced betjak rides, crazy-fun pedal-car ride, a walk in the park with our eyes closed to make a wish under the large banyan tree. Sari took many, many pictures of our adventures for us to enjoy. She went over the top with some gifts to take home. At the end of the evening, she even booked a ride for us to get back to our place. It was a delightful experience. Trimakasi Sari!!!

Yogyakarta Walking Food Tour - Rain or shine, this tour will still take place. It was raining when we met up with our tour guide Ibu Sari. She spoke English well and was very apologetic about the weather since a couple of food vendors were closed when we stopped by. Obviously, not her fault and I told her it wasn’t necessary to apologize for the bad weather. :) We definitely got our steps in and enjoyed the food options nonetheless. I was disappointed that we weren’t able to try the coffee with charcoal, but I understand why the vendor would close up shop if there weren’t any customers as a result of the rain. Bu Sari was very accommodating and offered to be photographer whenever we asked. Despite the weather, we still had a pleasant time and created wonderful memories on this walking food tour. I highly recommend this trip!

Beautiful night in Yogyakarta with Sari! - We absolutely loved exploring the night life and Traditional Jogya food and drink with our beautiful guide, Sari. She walked us all around Yogyakarta and shared lots of stories and knowledge around the food. We tried so many unique foods including Gudeg, wedang ronde and sweets called bakpia. We also tried lots of herbal tea and got to see so much of this beautiful city! Thank you Sari!

One of a kind experience - Our tour guide was very good. The itenirary was decent. But its overpriced. The food here in Yogyakarta is very cheap compared to first world cities. I also didn't appreciate that I had to pay for my ride back to my hotel at the end of the tour...granted its only about USD 1.30, considering what they charged us. If money is no object then I would still recommend this tour.
