Fish and chip cruise! - Informative and entertaining commentary from captain Andy, and the crew were so lovely, helpful and polite. Fish and chips were delicious. Lovely end to our day out in York. Would definitely recommend (and wrap up warm if you’re going in the evening!). Thank you 🌟

Great lunch on the river - Fabulous short cruise, great commentary, superb fish and chips. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommended, makes a change from a pub or cafe lunch!

Fish and chips arrived... - Fish and chips arrived just as we were about to set off so was piping hot and delicious. You can also get a drink on board to wash it down. Nice informative cruise up and down the river.

Fish n chips river cruise at York - It was a gift from my daughter in Australia....it was a lovely trip, fish n chips were delicious and really hot. the staff were lovely too, giving us a commentary about York,as we cruised down the river, eating our fish n chips.....and washed em down with a lovely cup of tea

Wonderful experience for lasting memories - Took my mom for a day outing with a lunch. Booking was user friendly, when I called for confirmation due to bad weather, they were very helpful and thorough , answering all of our questions. On the day, we were greeted and made to feel extremely welcome, fish and chips were served promptly and it was piping hot, like we had just bought it out of the kitchen. Food was excellent quality 👌 Tour on board was so lovely and informative, we were super relaxed and soaked in all rhe beautiful winter views. All in all, it was a wonderful experience to make memories with my mom.

A few personal touches would help - A beautiful day and lovely friendly staff, we were using a fish and chip voucher we had received at Christmas. We were given our fish and chips out of a delivery bag so although very nice it wasn't very hot. I appreciate that you can't cook them onsite but I was a little disappointed. A little more personal touch would be nice, a little more interaction with customers would be nice. Quite happy to visit again but I think I would pass on the food.

Disappointed - Lovely evening boat cruise with the highlight of fish and chips. The concept is a lovely way to spend an evening however more care should be taken to ensure the fish and chips are crisp and fresh. Even though we were one of the first to be served, it was, all quite lukewarm and soggy by the time it came to the cruise boat. The staff were really good throughout the cruise giving a clear commentary on the sights.
