Very interesting and... - Very interesting and entertaining. It was impressive that the guide remembered the names of the participants and talked to different ones when walking from one point to another. Even my husband, who does not like tours, enjoyed it.

What a memory!! - Mad Alice is both educational and entertaining. We all loved her. Super great tour that was just the right length, just the right amount of history and just the right amount of blood.

Good for kids. - I am an eleven year old kid and this was a fun and not boring way to learn about the history of York. It wasn't very scary but there was a lot of gruesome history. I took a picture with her at the end. I would recommend this to kids and adults.

Engaging stories to learn York’s history - Alice is a talented and engaging story teller. The tour is fun and entertaining, while also educational. I left with a much deeper understanding of York and its history. Of note, it was more than a ghost tour, although ghosts were part of it. It was a walk through York’s colorful history. Highly recommended.

A must-do tour. Fun and informative! - Spectacular! She did a great job of projecting her voice and wrangling the group so that we could always see/hear everything, and her personality was just darling! Absolutely loved it!!! Very fun.

Amazing, highly recommend - Amazing tour. Mad Alice is creative and entertaining and a great way to learn about the bloody history of York. Not just about ghosts, but there is some of that. It’s an amazing performance rather than just elaborate ghost stories. Thoroughly recommend.
