Great value - Amazing value for what it includes, I got the 2 day pass and got through a lot of the attractions! Would have cost a lot more to do them all paying separately.

Great - We enjoyed everything! We are so much prepared and booked beforehand, and everything goes smoothly. We went to a lot of attractions and made the most of it.

Well worth the money spent - What a great day. We opted for the 1 day pass and managed to do 3 activities. If we hadn't had other obligations, we could easily have done at least 1 if not 2 more activities. We started with the Yorvik museum tour, and this is a must see/do activity. We then went to the York Castle Museum and then the York Minster. We could have also done the hop on hop off bus and possibly the Van Gogh experience. Well worth the price. Would recommend for anyone interested in seeing several activities in one day.

Saved us money - I visited York for a weekend with my 10 year old. We purchased the 1 day York pass online for the Saturday (£59.00 and £35.00). The confirmation was sent to my email immediately and the passes were attached as pdf with QR codes. We used the passes to access The Van Gogh immersive experience, York Castle museum, Jorvik, York minster and York Chocolate Story. Had we booked these visits direct with the attractions they would have cost £80 for an adult and £41.20 for a child so they definitely saved us money. If you’re planning on visiting several attractions in York it’s definitely worthwhile checking to see if the York pass can save you money. I would definitely use this if I visit again

York Pass a must for the tourist - This pass was amazing and a must for a trip to York. We went for a week and decided to buy the 3 day pass after much thought. We saved over £100 and we didn't rush at all. Most of the attractions are very close. In one day we did Van Gogh, Fairfax House, boat cruise and York museum. None of which we booked and none of which we rushed around as they were all very close. Every city should have one.

A great way to save money - but plan ahead - As somebody who previously used the previous version of the Visit York Pass, I decided to use this Pass as a means of pre-paying for the majority of the attractions I visited whilst I was in York. On the main, The Visit York Pass represented good value for money as I managed to visit enough attractions to ensure that the total entrance fees were more than the total value paid - I bought one 3 day pass and one 1 day pass. However, due to the majority of the attractions in York operating timed entries, you have to plan ahead so that you make the most out of your card, ideally by selecting attractions that are near to each other so you're not running around the city between attractions. As somebody who isn't able to rush around on a hot day, this did put a bit of a dampener on the four days and I felt like I needed another holiday after the four days I used the York Pass to recover Another tip I'd suggest is if you're there for multiple days, save the Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour until later in the day. (I used this attraction later on the day of my second pass so that the 24 hours that the ticket was valid ran into the next day when I was in York and didn't have a York Pass). If I had one request, please could the company who runs the Visit York Pass create a longer pass than the current three day version. As the majority of attractions in York operate on timed entry, it'd help make the trip a little more relaxing and a little less like trying to plan a military operation

Viator app takes money and doesn't deliver what's paid for - Absolutely disgusted. We paid for a 2 day tour for 7 people @ £75.00 person on the via the Viator App. On the second morning our tickets were all invalid. I used your WhatsApp facility and was told nothing could be done to help us. It's a disgrace that this is the way customers are treated. I have deleted the app and will advise everyone via Facebook to do the same. Money taken with no service delivery.

NEVER AGAIN - HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I was sold hop on hop off with entry to attraction! NO TRANSPORTATION WAS INCLUDED! I had to purchase transportation with AN OTHER company! I DID NOT USE THIS SERVICE AT ALL AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME! The agent at Viator blatantly lied to mevto make a sell

Save your money & time - I'm feeling scammed, got a york pass, but paid more for less. If you take into consideration most places opening 10 until 4 pm, you have a really tight window. About 30 mins que 1 hrs to get around not including travelling. We paid £60 EACH for 7 people, NOT CHEAP, only enough time to see 2 attractions. I recommend saving your money and taking your time, at least paying for it as you go You might have the time to enjoy it.
