What excellent value this is! A bonus! - York City Pass - 2 days: What excellent value this is, especially if time is limited, saves queuing. You can book times for specific venues or just turn up at others which surprised us, a great money saver. The Hop on- Hop off bus (Golden Tours is included in the pass) full of information and the ‘open top’ is great fun, drivers really know their stuff about everything ‘York’and the views are great. So many venues and activities to choose from, something for everyone. Would highly recommend!

Great value - The selection of attractions was great ended up going to a couple of attractions I wouldn't have considered if they weren't on the pass. Make sure to check the attractions list before you go as some of these need to be booked in advance on the attractions websites directly. Overall I found it great value for money with what was included.

A great way to save money - but plan ahead - As somebody who previously used the previous version of the Visit York Pass, I decided to use this Pass as a means of pre-paying for the majority of the attractions I visited whilst I was in York. On the main, The Visit York Pass represented good value for money as I managed to visit enough attractions to ensure that the total entrance fees were more than the total value paid - I bought one 3 day pass and one 1 day pass. However, due to the majority of the attractions in York operating timed entries, you have to plan ahead so that you make the most out of your card, ideally by selecting attractions that are near to each other so you're not running around the city between attractions. As somebody who isn't able to rush around on a hot day, this did put a bit of a dampener on the four days and I felt like I needed another holiday after the four days I used the York Pass to recover Another tip I'd suggest is if you're there for multiple days, save the Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour until later in the day. (I used this attraction later on the day of my second pass so that the 24 hours that the ticket was valid ran into the next day when I was in York and didn't have a York Pass). If I had one request, please could the company who runs the Visit York Pass create a longer pass than the current three day version. As the majority of attractions in York operate on timed entry, it'd help make the trip a little more relaxing and a little less like trying to plan a military operation

Viator app takes money and doesn't deliver what's paid for - Absolutely disgusted. We paid for a 2 day tour for 7 people @ £75.00 person on the via the Viator App. On the second morning our tickets were all invalid. I used your WhatsApp facility and was told nothing could be done to help us. It's a disgrace that this is the way customers are treated. I have deleted the app and will advise everyone via Facebook to do the same. Money taken with no service delivery.

Save your money & time - I'm feeling scammed, got a york pass, but paid more for less. If you take into consideration most places opening 10 until 4 pm, you have a really tight window. About 30 mins que 1 hrs to get around not including travelling. We paid £60 EACH for 7 people, NOT CHEAP, only enough time to see 2 attractions. I recommend saving your money and taking your time, at least paying for it as you go You might have the time to enjoy it.
