Nervous cyclist - I hadn’t ridden in a while and never on an electric bike. They were incredibly easy to use had a comfortable sitting position and saddle.
There were 5 of us and 2 guides , who helped us set up the bikes and stayed with us one at the back and “The Viking” in front .
It was very informative enjoyable tour of York on a very very busy Saturday.
I felt safe on the bike and along the way of the 2 hour tour ,
I would thoroughly recommend this tour .

A must do if you are visiting York - I don’t usually write reviews but feel compelled to with this first class experience. Andy was absolutely fantastic and even though we have visited York before, learnt so many new interesting things around the City. We always felt completely safe when occasionally on roads but most of the tour was on cycle paths. Plenty of stops and photo opportunities. If you visit York this is a must do tour. Thanks again Andy.

Fun, informative, safe! - Tour was an amazing (and scenic) overview of the city! Andy is fun and knowledgeable in the history of York. The tour did not feel rushed at all. I was able to enjoy the stops, ask questions, as well as take all the pics I wanted. I also felt very safe navigating the roads with Andy leading the way! 100% recommend and would book again! Wish I could experience this in every city!

Excellent and easy. - Andy and Jim were very knowledgeable and made this tour very fun. They took the time to explain all and entertain our crazy questions. This was my first experience with a bike tour and they made it where I am going to do these bike tours in every city to which I travel. Loved it. They were super friendly and very accomodating.

A really novel way to see the sights in York! - I came through the train station in York on Monday the 12th of August and the flyer for e-bike tours immediately piqued my interest. An escorted e-bike tour around the main attractions in York! That would suit me all right! By the next day, I was cycling with equally nervous and excited tourists as Andy very carefully took the lead on our freewheeling adventure! And what a treat it was. We cycled, we stopped and chatted, we cycled some more and all the while Andy, our tour leader, regaled us with stories and facts from this most Romanesque City. There was time for questions and photographs and even a coffee break if you should so wish! Would I go on this tour again - Yes most definitely and thanks to Andy for a fantastic afternoon!
