Walking with the women of York - My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed Sasha's walking tour because she was very engaging and certainly brought the stories of these women to life. She had a marvellous script to memory which was very impressive. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you for making our evening! - Wonderful, captivating, memorable and all-round remarkable tour through the labyrinths of time and the winding picturesque alleys of York alike. The scenery is stunning, the storytelling is incredibly immersive and the portraits of ten different Yorkshire women or local legends are masterfully depicted through the spoken word. We spent a lovely hour-and-a-half with our knowledgeable tour guide, who somehow manages to memorise a veritable encyclopaedia of information and to convey it with incredible fluidity! Not only that, Sasha's poetic and humorous narration makes this wealth of knowledge accessible to all listeners and will really draw you into a world long before our time. From prehistory all the way back to modern-day York, you'll be sure to enjoy every step of the journey and emerge on the other side with a new appreciation for this gorgeous town and its feisty, fighty, strong-willed female inhabitants.
