This was our first Escape Room and we (3 adults) had an awesome time! We did The Clue Escape Room. The clues and puzzles were well thought out, challenging and fun! It was so exciting when you figured one out. The limited hints were most helpful too! And although we didn't "escape", Noah said we got to 85% completion which was impressive for 1st timers and for a hard room. The online reservation process was easy and follow on communications were great. We will be back for sure!

We couldn’t find the venue because on maps it leads you to a different area and when we tried to call no one picked up so we arrived about five minutes after schedule because we had never seen or been here. You could tell they did not really care about the experience and it was upsetting. There was no explanation for the room and we were kind of just thrown in there. Randomly they would bang on our door even though it’s not a horror or scary themed room at all? The puzzles did not flow and were honestly very random. They had no direction or guidance whatsoever, nothing linked the puzzles together and it was more like randomly guessing and trying to solve random stuff. In the end we think we escaped? No one was there to greet us, no one came to us after a minute, we awkwardly shuffled out of there and saw no workers and just kind of left? We don’t know if we escaped, the story, or anything. This was not work 55 dollars, I would not pay 10 dollars to be honest it’s very upsetting and uncomfortable environment. Most of the time no one worked the screen for hints when we asked. We had to deal with loss and grief in the family and this honestly made us feel more upset. I would not reccomend or come here for an exciting and fun escape room with good stories and puzzles. I would reccomend checking out Williamsburg, in which we have always gone in the past.
