Excellent driver!! Excellent tour guide !! She knew the Yosemite inside and out because she lived there.

Mike was very knowledgeable about the history of the park as well as being funny!. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip & will definitely recommend it to others.

This tour was amazing, from our reservations to our tour guide (James) to the tour it’s self. James was full of knowledge about the park and professional in showing us all the highlights of the park. He also made everyone in our van feel like family, it was a great day. I will recommend crossroads to anyone looking for a park tour. Thank you

I loved the tour guide Daniel! The van was very comfortable and we got picked up and dropped off right in front of where we stayed, which was great! But I really think the price is very high for the experience. Lunch included was nice but not what it should have been for $500 a person. Need to step it up a lot for that price! Thanks Daniel!

Interesting tour. Good overview of the park. Enjoyed tour guide and other guests. Yet not worth $400.

Confirmation procedures are a little lacking in their double checking our status. When I received the email confirming our spot and day, it did not ask for a confirmation of our hotel site, pick up time, or our lunch preferences. I called 2 days before and spoke to a lady who did not give her name, so I asked about the pick up time. She then mentioned a lodging I had put down but had since changed. I gave her the new site, she then gave me an approximate time. I asked her to reconfirm we were eating at the historic lodge which I had paid extra for, and she said no, the lodge didn’t serve lunch. We needed to say what kind of sack sandwich. I don’t like sandwiches and the general chips and bagged cookies we ended getting. She said we should be refunded the difference but I haven’t seen it Now, Laura our tour guide was spot on. Arrived 4 minutes after time which was great for us to finish our chef prepared breakfast at the Hounds Tooth Inn. We had a great group of 8 people. Never felt rushed seeing sights. She had lots of good stories too. And she was right; by the time we started back naps were in order. Being last picked up, we were first let off. It was unexpected to be back at 3:30, but gave us extra time to head out to our next overnight. I recommend this group.

Daniel, tour guide was good and informative. Reason for 3 stars is we were picked up at Ahwahnee, right in heart of Yosemite valley but charged same as being picked up from Oakhurst, 2 hours away.

We paid extra to have lunch at the Ahwanna Hotel. Instead, we were give sandwiches from the local supermarket. Doesn't seem like we got what we paid for.
