Setting Off on Lofton Creek

The sun was just beginning to peek through the canopy of trees as I arrived at the Melton O. Nelson boat ramp, ready for a day of exploration on Lofton Creek. The air was crisp, and the gentle rustling of leaves set the perfect backdrop for what promised to be an unforgettable adventure. As a marine biologist, I’ve always been drawn to the water, and the promise of abundant plant and wildlife along this scenic creek was too enticing to resist.

Pete from Adventures Up The Creek greeted me with a warm smile and a wealth of information. His enthusiasm was infectious, and he made sure I was well-prepared for the journey ahead.
