Most convenient and comfortable transfer. - My family and I had a great private transfer experience from our hotel at Johannesburg to our next stay destination at Sun City resort. Thanks to Mr. Sapps who arranaged the trip and had been really attentive to our needs and special thanks to our kind driver Mr. Nkululeko who drove us in a comfortable shuttle and was more of a special tour guide.

Safe, reliable with great communication - We used this company for a return trip to Pilanesberg National Park. It was easy to communicate with them through What’s App and they also forwarded a full invoice to us through email. A day before travel they reconfirmed our booking and they also sent us the details of the car and driver. Nkululeko was our driver, he arrived on time and the car was clean and comfortable. We both felt very safe and I can highly recommend this company and driver. Nkululeko helped us change some money on our trip back to Johannesburg and we also used him for the trip from Rosebank to the airport the following day. Vehicle:: White Mazda 5, HZ 72 TC GP

The best customer service i have ever experienced - I cannot rate Sandton Taxi Cabs highly enough. Our booked airport transfer never materialised and we had to find an urgent transfer to Sun City. Sandton Taxi Cabs arranged an urgent driver within 30mins. They kept myself and the individual at the airport fully informed on progress and even with the urgent nature of the arrangement they still charged less than our previously arranged transfer was going to cost. Seldom these days to you encounter such exceptional customer service and I would recommend Sandton Taxi Cabs to anyone who need a reliable, trustworthy, customer centric taxi service. If only you could award + stars on top of the five allowed

10/10 - Taxi driver was absolutely amazing couldn’t of asked for a better one. We got all the way to our balloon ride for it to be cancelled and The taxi driver came back early to collect us

Round trip transfer to and from Sun City - Our transfer was so easy and comfortable. Both our drivers going to and from Sun City were very professional and punctual. Had great conversations with both drivers which made the long journey to and from Sun City very enjoyable. Especially thanks to Elvis for being so kind and funny.

Fantastic and reliable sercixe - After getting in touch with a few different companies that offer private transfers to Madikwe (even those recommended by our lodge), it was clear that Sandton Taxi Cabs was the most responsive. On top of this, they offered the best price we received from all of our quotes. Tendayi was so organised in handling our transfer and was so quick to respond to any queries or concerns (even after I accidentally bothered him whilst he was at church). Nku, our driver, was prompt, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Sandton Taxi Cabs. If using for a transfer to a game reserve, opting for a 4WD may be worth it as the roads are bumpy, but we faced no issues in our sedan.

The trip was perfect, but... - The trip was perfect, but it was professional when we had to search and call to find our driver when we arrived OR Tambo Intl. They had «forgotten» us and our booking which was private transfer roundtrip to Sun City (how is that possible?) We were about one hour late because of this, other than that, the trip was really good
