- Zaanse Schans - You would expect to have following activities in our VIP tour at Zaanse Schans. you would have a private dutch cheese factory tour, to understand how to make cheese in the traditional way. You could taste more than 26 different types of cheese here. After that, we will take you to a private wooden shoes factory tour. You would watch a live demonstration of making wooden shoes by a traditional clog maker. After that you would have a private Royal Amsterdam Diamond tour, to know the history of diamond, and enjoy the diamond with 268 cuts. Of course you would have your own free time to get close to the windmills and take photos.

Embark on a singular excursion that takes you through some of the most picturesque locales of the Netherlands: Giethoorn, Afsluitdijk and Zaanse Schans, all in one day.
During our adventure, we’ll drop by a local dutch cheese factory, visit a factory creating wooden shoes and partake in an opulent diamond showing at Zaanse Schans. Following that, there’s a fabulous photo-stop scheduled at Afsluitdijk, the world’s longest dike; In the afternoon, uncover the lush ‘Little Venice’ of Holland and revel in a complimentary one hour boat cruise in Giethoorn.
This tour includes free hotel pick-up service within Amsterdam; accommodating transport on a luxurious, comfortable mini bus (Mercedes branded) with a maximum capacity of 8 persons; and each traveler gets a complimentary bottle of water.

A great 10 hours - Rainier was our driver and guide and he was very knowledgeable with all the stops we made on this trip.
He was funny and patient and most importantly, a good driver!!
The island was beautiful and the village where we saw the clogs factory and cheese factory were very interesting. We had 8 people on this tour and it was the perfect size.
This was a great tour!!!!

Giethoorn and Zaanse Schans Day Tour with Hotel pick up service - This day tour to Giethoorn and Zaanse Schans was a wonderful experience. The hotel pickup service saved us time on transportation, allowing us to make the most of our time at these two picturesque destinations in a single day.
During the tour, we visited a cheese factory where we had the opportunity to taste the local cheeses. We also visited a wooden shoe factory and witnessed a live demonstration of the shoe-making process. In Giethoorn, we were allotted one hour for lunch, one hour for a relaxing boat trip, and one additional hour to explore the charming village on foot.
Reinier, the tour guide, was engaging and entertaining, which helped make the trip truly perfect. I would highly recommend this tour.

A great day trip from Amsterdam - My wife and I really enjoyed this trip with our guide, Leidse. We loved every stop and enjoyed our guide's expertise and humor. While the stops in Zaanse Schans were touristy, we didn't feel crowded or overwhelmed and enjoyed seeing the demonstrations. Leidse timed everything well and did an excellent job showing us around Giethoorn. We had plenty of free time at both places. Leidse also made sure we had some treats in the van to enjoy. This trip was one of (if not the top) experience of our 5-day trip to Amsterdam.

Windmills, Dyke and Giethoorn - Leidse was a terrific tour guide! He took pictures with our phones and sent us pictures he took with his phone. He was very knowledgeable about the places we visited. If we purchased cheese or anything else he carried the purchases so we could better enjoy the tour. We would have enjoyed spending more time at the windmills but that was not Leidse’s fault but the tour company’s fault. The tour was a highlight of our time in Amsterdam!

Amazing all day tour with an excellent guide! - Reinier was an amazing guide on this small group, all-day tour. The tour packs a lot into the day - windmills, cheese making, clog making, seeing the dyke, seeing Giethoorn, a canal ride - and transporting us from / to our hotel! He provided with water and stroopwafels and had great knowledge to share along the way. We would do this tour again!

Excellent, informative and value for money - Excellent experience. Communication was very prompt and smooth. Hotel pickup and drop off was very convenient. Our guide Reinier was so informative and accommodating of all guests' needs. He really made the day a success. The small group tour really allow for more specialised and less hurried experience. Comfortable and clean vehicle with water and other amenities provided. This company provides other tours as well and I would recommend that you book all the trips with them to include hotel pick up. We had another day trip with a large bus tour with a different company and I felt the experience was not as good as this one.

Better to go in big groups tour - The overall trip was good could have been much better but the guide speech was not that clear and we couldn't hear anything since we were at the back of the mini van.
