• Zaanse Schans - On our VIP tour at Zaanse Schans, participants can look forward to several exciting activities. Enjoy a private tour of a Dutch cheese factory to learn the traditional cheese-making process and sample over 26 varieties of cheese. Following this, there is a private tour of a wooden shoe factory, where a traditional clog maker will demonstrate the art of wooden shoe crafting. The tour also includes a private Royal Amsterdam Diamond tour, offering insights into diamond history and a chance to admire a diamond with 268 cuts. Additionally, there will be free time to explore the windmills and capture memorable photos.
• Catharina Hoeve Cheese Farm - This is the first stop at Zaanse Schans. As previously mentioned, visitors will experience this historic cheese farm/factory with a private tour showcasing traditional Dutch cheese-making, learn about the farm’s history, and enjoy tasting over 26 different cheese flavors.
• Kooijman Souvenirs & Clogs Wooden Shoe Workshop - At this location, visitors can witness a live demonstration of wooden shoe making by traditional clog makers, learn about the history of wooden shoes, and view various styles. There is also an opportunity to try on wooden shoes in different colors and take unlimited photos.
• Afsluitdijk - Around noon, there will be a picturesque photo stop at Afsluitdijk, one of the world’s most remarkable dikes. Here, visitors can learn about the construction of this impressive dike, enjoy views of the North Sea, and see Holland’s largest inner lake, ‘Ijselmeer.’ [Note: The monument stop is currently under renovation, and the observation tower is closed, offering limited views. An alternative stop has been arranged, but the scenery may not be as stunning as before.]
• Giethoorn - In the afternoon, explore the ‘Little Venice’ of the Netherlands. Spend 3-4 hours discovering the sights with loved ones. The tour includes a 1-hour traditional boat cruise, and for those interested, there is an option to drive a boat independently for added fun with family or friends. The self-boat ride is available at an additional cost (approximately 10 euros per person, depending on the season).

Following that, there’s a fabulous photo-stop scheduled at Afsluitdijk, the world’s longest dike; In the afternoon, uncover the lush ‘Little Venice’ of Holland and revel in a complimentary one hour boat cruise in Giethoorn.
