Must-see Visit If It's Your First Visit to Amsterdam - This opinion is exclusively from the company and not from the place we visit. For this I have another review about Zaanse Schans. Our excursion started with the mishap that we could not find the meeting place and that made us arrive a little late. We were greeted at the office by the guide and he was extremely friendly. The bus we traveled in was comfortable and very clean. Schedules are respected on the tour. When we arrived we were told what the visit was going to consist of, we were told where you could eat something and where the public toilets were located. They took us to visit a clog workshop and it was very interesting because I had never seen them. Then we made the visit to the cheese shop, in which not only cheeses but chocolates and many more souvenirs were sold. In the end we were given free time to walk and take some pictures. The time we were in Zaanse Schans is enough if you want to know the windmills up close and visit a picturesque place, but you will not have time to visit the inside of some mills as that requires more time. Overall it was a very nice walk.

To many in one group - Rick was very nice. The downside was time being taken away with him having to translate in two different languages. I also felt the group was too large to be able to fully hear what was being said. I would have preferred a smaller group. The tour was exactly how it is was described.

Very disorganized - Not worth it. The whole tool was very disorganized The tour guide was not good. Also, I believe the tour package included one hour of the city boat tour but the tour guide never explained it.
