All of these structures were relocated here starting in 1961, revitalizing the Zaan region’s most prosperous era.

Enter one windmill included in your excursion and see how these wind-powered industries operate. Step out onto the balcony to feel the wind’s power and enjoy the beautiful countryside view.

Large groups of tourists are not allowed here, so you can experience the quietness of this idyllic old Dutch town.

Upon meeting the driver guide at the specified location, proceed to Zaanse Schans, an open-air museum featuring wooden houses, shops, and functioning windmills from the 18th and 19th centuries.
