See the sights and enjoy a Croatian sit down meal!! - Easy pick up area right outside old Town area. Bus was comfy and views of area from bus were great. Easy and fast entrance into park. Our guide connected with us using WhatsApp which worked fine. While touring park, he used combo of Whatsapp and narration to describe to us what we were seeing. We did the shorter route B and spent our last 90 minutes enjoying an amazing and affordable Croatian meal at the big sit down restaurant in the park. Highly recommend this restaurant.

BEST DAY EVER ! - We had a wonderful day. Our accommodation host recommended Jadera and they did not disappoint. Transfer was quick, easy and comfortable. There was a WhatsApp group we were added to so we could stay in touch with our guide all day should you choose to go off on a walk alone which my partner and I did. There were only two routes you could do with this tour as you’re restricted by time (5.5 hours) however we opted for the longer of the two routes and had plenty of time! For the two of us in total it cost €110 for the bus transfer (€30 per person) and the entry tickets (€25 per person must be paid in cash - much cheaper in the off season!). Plitvice is a must see destination and we highly recommend booking with Jadera for a friendly, reliable and helpful service!

Stunning lakes - must see - The lakes are absolutely stunning. No photographs could ever do them justice. The tour made it easy to get there and back, as well as clear instructions on where to go and how long to take we thought the second part of the walk was a little rushed but still made it in time with plenty of photos. I’ve read reviews previously that talk about poor signage at the lakes but did not find this to be so. It couldn’t be easier to get around. Very clear signs everywhere.

Well worth a trip to experience the beauty of these lakes. - Very well organised tour - with the added bonus of a pick-up from our accommodation. Plitvice Lakes is absolutely stunning - very picturesque. The only downside is the hordes and hordes of tourists - you tend to feel like cattle being herded, but that is not the fault of the tour organisers.

Amazing experience at Plitvice Lake! - Amazing trip in the beauty of Plitvice Lakes. If the weather is cloudy, or you experting rain, no worrys, it will be wonderful, because you will see the same amazing landscapes, with enough water for great views. I also recomend you to go în septeber, when is not so crowded. I was amazed by this experience, wich is indeed an landmark for Croatia. I want to make a special mention for Karlo, our guide, who explain all the things not only with the profesionalism of a guide, but with the vocation of the person who enjoyng working with people. Thank you for this amazing experience!

Well worth a visit, it's so heavenly!! Aim for a quieter season, if possible. - Stunning. The national park is just gorgeous and so special. We got an approx 2-hour coach ride from Zadar to the lakes. The lakes are as stunning as they are in the pictures. The talk was mostly quite shaded, which was a relief as it was a very hot day, so that wasn't an issue at all. We did walk B, about 4km. Well worth a visit, it's so heavenly!! Practical stuff: The day we went it was very busy, so the paths were crowded. It didn't really affect our movement but a quieter day would have been nicer, so maybe check out the quieter seasons. Because it was busy, the queue for the boat was also a bit long, but only about 30 minutes. Women's toilet queues were also a bit long at the boat stop. The boat ride was lovely. The train is not really a train—it's like a lorry with passenger cabins—so don't expect it to be very scenic or traditional. It was quick and efficent, though. Recommendations - use the toilet before you get on the coach as we stopped after about 2 hours for a toilet break.

Amazing Lakes. - The lakes were amazing. Well worth visiting. Or experience was less amazing. We were told to arrive at the meeting place at 7.15 , this is to enabled the tour company to take the payment to enter the park. We then walked to another meeting place to meet the bus. This was all pretty chaotic and when we arrived we had to wait again. We didn't leave until after 8.35. This meant we didn't arrive at the park until after 11.30 one hour late. The guide had originally told us to take the C route but because we were so late she said maybe the B route would be better. She was very stressed at this stage and we were afraid we wouldn't make it back on time. We were given an extra 30 mins. In the park to make up for the late start but her level of anxiety about the time made us doubt that we had enough to do the C route. She gave almost no information about the park. She was a very nice woman but a very poor guide maybe due to the stress of the delay.

Park great, but not booking agency - First - be aware of the acutal entrance fee. The agency charged us 25 eur but the actual cost was 21 eur. They didn't say anything, but when we confronted them about it, we got the additional money back. Otherwise keep in mind that the "tour" really only is the bus there, plus a guide writing on whatsapp. The rest, the amazing park and the boat ride - is entirely included in the entrance fee. Best take the cheapest option available to get to the park, then just go on your own there - it is very well marked and there are signs with information you can read.
