  • Zadar Land City Gates - The best-known of the gates along the walls that ring Zadar is the Land Gate, once the main entrance to the city. Located by the Foša harbor with views of the water, it was built by the Venetian architect Michele Sanmicheli in 1543 and features a huge triumphal arch and two side arches, all decorated with images of Zadar’s patron saint, Chrysogonus. The winged lion of St. Mark hovering over the central arch is a reminder of Venice’s long rule over Zadar.

  • Greeting to the Sun - Il Saluto al Sole - The Greeting to the Sun (Croatian: Pozdrav suncu) is a monument in Zadar, Croatia dedicated to the Sun. It consists of three hundred, multi-layered glass plates placed on the same level as the stone-paved waterfront. Lighting elements installed in a circle turn on at night, and produce a light show.
  • Church of St. Donat - The Church of St. Donatus is a church located in Zadar, Croatia. Its name refers to Donatus of Zadar, who began construction on this church in the 9th century and ended it on the northeastern part of the Roman forum.
  • The Forum - The ancient Forum, constructed between the 1st century BC and the 3rd century AD.
  • Apartments Barkajol-Center - From early morning to late evening, the Barkajoli take passengers and tourists with a little rowing boat across the Zadar peninsula to mainland and back, thus cultivating, according to some daring explorers, a 3,000-year-old tradition.
  • Sfinga (sfinge) - The sculpture was made in the first half of the 20th century in the park of Villa Attilia in Brodarica neighborhood. The exact year has not been determined to this day, but it is assumed that it was built in 1918.

Make more time for the main square visit... - Visit to the organ and old town. The entrance to the church is very nice. Suggest sit in the back of the tuk tuk to see better... and definitely make time for the winery...

The perfect day - Spontaneous decision to book with Eco Tuk Tuk Zadar, literally last minute. Our driver, Simon, was amazing and the best tour we’ve done on our six week trip. Just a perfect way to see old town Zadar and the finish at the winery was exceptional. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Perfect excursion to see a lot in one - You quickly get to see the town on an adorable tuk tuk with a knowledgeable and very friendly and engaged guide. Everyone knew him as he drove, locals greeted him! Driving was super safe. Loved the stop at the sea organ. Enjoyed how private our tour was. The winery was beautiful, food was delicious and of course bought a bottle of wine. Well priced!
