Such a memorable experience! - I cannot express how wonderful this experience was for my husband and me! We traveled via train from Rome and enjoyed a lovely Sunday luncheon with Claudia, Bruno and their sweet dog, Shasta. Claudia was a creative and patient chef and teacher who put together a menu based on her students' interests. Learning how to make pasta completely from scratch was something I will always treasure and my husband's ravioli making skill was unparalleled under Claudia's careful instruction. We had a hand in every aspect of our four-course luncheon from the mozzarella stuffed, fried zucchini blossoms to the cantalope sorbetto that we made for dessert. Lunch was served under their beautiful grape arbor in the midst of their olive orchard, complete with their own homemade wine. Before our departure, Bruno even serenaded us with his live version of the Commodores' "Easy" (like Sunday morning)! For an unforgettable experience and a respite from the Roman crows, book this event and you will not be disappointed.
