Fantastic country side cooking class. - From the drive from the train station to home to the memorable songs and wine this is an amazing experience. Claudia, Bruno, and Angela set us up for a wonderful cooking experience. Included were spinach pasta carbonara; stuffed ravioli; deep fried stuffed squash blossoms, and sage leaves; prosciutto, cheese and herbs wrapped in beef; grilled egg plant, garlic, vinegar and olive oil made from the olives in their yard. Bruno helped make the experience special playing the piano and serenading us along with pouring some of the amazing red wine he ferments on the property. An experience not to be missed.

Absolutely magical - If we could leave more stars, we would. This was absolutely the most incredible experience. If you’re looking for an authentic cooking experience in Italy, this is it. We had such an amazing time. The things we learned were wonderful, Claudia and her husband, Bruno, were so delightful and welcoming. Do not hesitate to do this. Their home is absolutely enchanting. It is legitimately in the Roman countryside and is rustic and magnificent. This will live in my memory and in my heart forever. Thank you, Claudia and Bruno.

Best Day - We had an amazing day with Bruno and Claudia. Beautiful property. Small vineyard and many olive and fruit trees. Bruno meet us at the train station and dropped us off in the town to enjoy coffee and pastries and to explore for an hour. Picked us up and took us to there home and gave us a tour. We started by making tiramisu. Then we made Swiss chard ravioli and fettuccine Amatriciana. We made stuffed zucchini and zucchini blossoms. We drank there homemade wine and tasted there olive oil. Bruno even played the keyboard and sang songs. Bruno made sure we got to the train on time, even if he drove like Mario Andretti. It was unbelievable day. Highly recommend.

Fun, authentic experience! - Other than it being SO hot, we had a spectacular time with Bruno and Claudia, who were terrific hosts. They welcomed into their quaint little home and were SO much fun. We learned how to make authentic beef stuffed zucchini, raviolis, and fetucini- all from scratch. Bruno even raced through the streets if their local town to get us back to the train station in time. Highly recommend!

Don’t think, just DO THIS! - My husband and I couldn’t say enough about this wonderful experience! The beautiful location, people, home, garden, etc. It was just over the top amazing! Such an exceptional cooking class with the wonderful Claudia and Bruno. Incredible experience in every aspect. We were picked up promptly from the train station, arrived at their home and were met with warmth and Italian hospitality. We made pasta together, gathered herbs from the garden, walked amongst the olive trees and vineyard. Definitely our favorite day in Italy. Highly recommend it to anybody and everybody. Thank you for a most memorable time with you!

Unparalleled cooking experience - Claudia and Bruno warmly welcomed us into their home as their guests. We enjoyed every moment from start to finish—learning how to make several dishes that included ravioli and fried artichokes! We are excited to experiment with our new skills and recipes when we return home. The food, wine, company and countryside setting made for a delightful experience!

All the right "ingredients" for a beautiful early spring Sunday - Excellent experience! Everything was perfect, even the weather, with a splendid sunny day that allowed us to have lunch outdoors, together with a nice American couple and another two young people from Rome. Claudia, the chef, and Bruno welcomed us with great cordiality into their beautiful home. Once everyone arrived, the "lesson" began, with the preparation of the egg pasta which each of us kneaded and rolled out following Claudia's instructions. The same, then, for the filling for the ricotta and spinach ravioli. The pasta left after cutting out the ravioli was further rolled out and cut to obtain fettuccine which was then seasoned with a tomato sauce and bacon. Followed by rolls filled with herbs and ham cut with a knife accompanied by excellent battered fried artichokes and baked fennel (which I ignored because they are among the very few things I don't eat). To finish, an excellent shortcrust pastry dessert filled with cream. All accompanied by white and red wine produced from their vineyard. Obviously all the dishes were made by the "students" under the patient guidance of Claudia, while Bruno accompanied us with some songs he performed with skill on the keyboards. In short, a wonderful day in excellent company and with delicious food! Anna Maria and Michele

Best cooking class experience in Italy! - Highly recommend this cooking class! Claudia is a wonderful and very experienced chef and we had the best lunch with her and Bruno. It is really nice to be welcomed into their home and listen to all their stories. They grow everything in their garden, make their own wine, olive oil and are just really kind and lovely people to meet. We are already looking forward to the next time we visit Italy, so we can visit Claudia and Bruno again and learn to cook some amazing new recipes.
