Introduction to the journey:
Upon your arrival, you will be greeted with light snacks and refreshing beverages. Following this, fragrant herbs and fresh vegetables will be handpicked from our lush garden. We’ll don aprons and set about creating a full meal collaboratively. Within a span of three hours, we’ll create a stunning appetizer, followed by pasta. The pasta will be traditionally crafted using whole grain flour and semolina with eggs or water, relying entirely on manual techniques and a rolling pin.
Per your preference, stuffed ravioli or fettuccine, or alternatively lasagna and capellini, or strozzapreti can be crafted, accompanied with gnocchi. We’ll also concoct an assortment of sumptuous sauces for the pasta! A secondary dish, rich in vegetables will be assembled followed by a delectable dessert to wrap up the afternoon.
