Zagora - Departing from Zagora for the Erg Chigaga Tour at 1 pm, we will pick you up from your location in Zagora. Our journey will take us towards M’Hamid, passing through Tizi Anagame and the Ben Selman Mountains. At this point, we leave the paved road behind and switch to off-road terrain, navigating through Stones River and Sand Dunes for 2 hours. Along the way, we will pause at the Oases. After 30 minutes,

Erg Chigaga - we will reach Erg Chigaga (the largest dunes in the area) just before sunset.

Here, you will swap your vehicle for camels, embarking on a 1-hour camel trek across the Sand dunes during sunset. This is the perfect time for photos as the sand turns red, complementing the stunning sky. Upon arrival at your Desert camp, check into your private tent and enjoy a special evening. Dinner will be served, followed by a campfire with drum players and Berber music.

Amazing experience - We had a wonderful experience and time exploring the pottery cooperative in Tamegroute and M’hamid on our way to the incredible dunes of the Sahara Desert. The camp tents and beds were absolutely lovely and very comfortable. There were no towels in the bathroom so I would suggest bringing a towel with you. The dinner was amazing, the breakfast was basic, but delicious and the camel ride and scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The staff was very nice. An incredible place and adventure.

Full-on desert experience! - Felt like about a 3hr 4x4 drive from Zagora. The dunes are gorgeous. Camel ride at sunset was fabulous. Good desert camp (good dinner, fairly basic breakfast) with very friendly cats. Rachid our guide had good jokes. Very much recommend it.

Amazing - Dear Team! It was a really pleasure for us to be on your side by this trip into the dessert. Our tour guide was absolutely confident and really committed, we could ask him every question and he was really nice to us. I can recommend this tour to everything who wants to have a great experience in the dessert and to watch the sunset and/or sunrise. Also the camel ride to the dunes were amazing. The pickup was very easy we stayed in a Riad one day before and from there they picked us up. I can absolutely recommend this trip! See you next time! Cheers, Christoph

Memories for life - What a great experience! Our guides Rachid and Brahim have been extremely engaging with stories about the desert and the animals populating it, as well with funny jokes (the camel in the fridge, Rahid?) and songs under the stars. The whole package was absolutely unforgettable: the ride on the dunes, the camels in the desert, the tea upon arrival, the camel ride, the fancy dinner and night under the stars, the songs, and the sunrise. This is absolutely recommended, even for a family with children like ours.

Amazing! I highly recommend! - So much fun! Younes did a fantastic job organizing our trip. He is professional and easy-going. The trip was seamless and stress-free! The desert sunset on the camels and the late-night time around the fire while the staff played local Berber music on the drums under the stars was wonderful!

Stunning Saharan experience - The ease of booking and all the arrangements made by the guides made this an enjoyable and relaxing trip. Our guide Rashid was friendly and helpful, going out of his way to explain things to us and ensure our comfort. We were the only guests at the camp as bookings start picking up following covid restrictions. This made the experience even more special as we watched the sunset and ate our beautifully prepared meal. The following day we stayed at Paradise Touareg where we were able to shower, have lunch and chill until catching the night bus to Taghazout all organised by Idris.

Great experience - All in all, it was a great experience to see the desert. The tour into the desert was interesting. Our guide and the driver were caring, and we felt save. The food was fine. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast. The price was justified for the tour. The tent where we stayed was clean. I would recommend doing the tour in summer is better, because it was really windy and cold in the night. I am glad that we tried the tour, but maybe we aren’t this type of tourists for this. And the road into the desert was like a roller coaster ride, maybe not for sensitive stomach.
