Warm welcome to Croatia and a very memorable ride to our hotel thanks to Stjepan - Our first visit to Croatia and Stjepan made it so memorable! He was prompt at the airport and welcomed us warmly. He arranged our luggage very efficiently and made us very comfortable in the very new well maintained car. On the way to our hotel he briefed us about the essentials about Croatia and Zagreb. His communication was very polite and top class. All in all ge ensured that we had a very warm welcome to Croatia and our journey was very comfortable.

Very friendly taxi driver in Zagreb - Stjepan picked us up from the airport on Thursday and brought us back to the airport on Monday evening. He first explained us very well how to find him at the airport. During the ride to Zagreb we had a very nice conversation in which he explained us about Croatia, Zagreb, what we could do, what to eat etc. When we arrived he could confirm that he would also pick us up again on Monday. Thus on Monday we continued our conversation and discussed our experience. It was a pleasant ride.

Disappointing transfer - I scheduled a transfer and this companies communication was really good. My original flight got cancelled and I was able to inform them of my changes in arrival successfully. The assigned driver let me know he was waiting for my arrival and that I should let him know when I'm "near the elevator" Unfortunately after much confusion the driver informed me that he was not allowed to come into the airport parking lot pickup area. He said I needed to walk to where he was parked just outside the lot. There was two of us with three large bags two backpacks and two carryon bags. I was not going to walk in the rain to the opposite side of the parking lot. There is no mention in the Viator ad for this company that the drivers cannot come into the airport to pickup passengers. When we realized the driver wasn't coming to where we were by the arrival doors at Zagreb airport we decided to get in a taxi instead. We informed the driver that we were not walking to his location and left the airport.
