The tour for history buffs - or even if you aren’t one! - A really excellent couple of hours with Diana who managed to simplify the complexities of communism and war in this region very eloquently - and, in my view, fairly. An afternoon well spent - especially as I couldn’t find any other tours or even museums on this topic.

Amazing history tour 🤍 - I made this tour with Diana. She is a brilliant and amazing guide who made me understand much better the Croatian Homeland War. I absolutely recommend it to everyone, history lovers and also just curious people who wants to get to know more of this amazing country. Diana was clear, really didactic and fun.

A Look Back at Croatia's Difficult Past - Our tour with Darko was a fascinating look back into a very difficult time in Croatia's past. We learned about the history and social environment that led to Croatia's embrace of communism and subsequent "homeland" war, as well as the economic and emotional impact this had on multiple generations of Croatians. Darko shared personal and family stories about the war which created a very personal and impactful experience for those of us on the tour!

Great tour - This was a great tour for anyone wanting to learn more about the history of Croatia. Luka was marvellous, explaining things in a way that made it easier to understand not only what happened when, but also why it happened by providing much context. His personal experiences living through the homeland wars were invaluable for understanding what families went through. I would highly recommend Luka and this tour.

Highly enlightening and entertaining - We enjoyed this tour a lot. We were 30 min late due to traffic, and reached out to the company asking if there would be another place we could join the tour later and the company sent us the entire itinerary point by point with times where we can meet throughout the entire 2 hours of the tour depending on how late we would actually be. We found this to be an excellent planning, availability, and communication. the Guide used multiple tools for delivery of controversial historical information presenting multiple points of view in excellent English and great pace. We highly recommend this tour..
